Thanks for the link to the article katecav. I did think I remembered that they had found clothing. Too bad they didn't indicate in which direction the 10km was. That's about the same as the distance in which they found her isn't it? According to google maps, via hwy 9, it's about 12km I believe.

LE also chose to focus on boots that may be blood stained more so than clothing so maybe the killer did dispose of clothes near where she was found and that's what was found.
