''The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man in a Prowl by Night investigation.
On Tuesday January 3, 2023, the Toronto Police Service received a call for a Suspicious Incident in the Pape Avenue and Torrens Avenue area.
It is reported that:

• on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 5 a.m., a man was seen on the home security video circling the home
• the man was on the property for about two hours
• the man was looking in the windows and knocking on the front door

He is described as having a medium build, 20 to 30-years-old and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a winter coat with a logo on the left arm and carrying a tool bag.

lol...he skedaddled once the lights came on.

There must be more to this than simply prowling, imo. It seems TPS would be overloaded investigating more serious crimes which would likely leave them little time to look for prowlers. MOO I hope they find him quickly.
