Case #: 2016-99623

The man was picked up by York Ambulance on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at 3:16 a.m., at a gas station in the Steeles Avenue and Islington Avenue area. The man did not know his name, only that he may have recently come to Toronto from Calgary to look for work.

The man was taken to Etobicoke General Hospital for treatment. On Sunday, January 17, 2016, at 8:07 a.m., the man left the hospital without doctors' permission and was last seen walking on the north side of Humber College Boulevard approaching Highway 27.

The man is described as approximately 60, white hair and a short white beard. He was last seen wearing a black-and-grey hooded jacket with a red shirt underneath and a black New York Islanders hat. The man also has a significant scar on his head

Thank you for posting this dotr.
I really hope they have checked the shelters. I think he might be "hiding" among the homeless.
I also hope they have broadcasted this all over Calgary.
