"York police are investigating after the body of a man was found on the side of the road in Vaughan.

Authorities were called to the scene in the Highway 7 and Keele Street area shortly after noon on Wednesday after a person happened upon the body.

Two people were murdered on June 24, 2015 in Moka Cafe during morning coffee hours, a gaming room was discovered in the back rooms.

Tevon Squire, 20, and Malcolm Ellis, 19, both from Toronto, have been charged with second degree murder after police say they became embroiled in an argument with Acosta outside Concord’s Pinecrest Hotel. The argument allegedly escalated and police say Acosta was then murdered by the men in a ditch at 7 a.m. on Aug. 1.
