Capitol lockdown as man shoots himself

The US Capitol building in Washington was shut down for two hours today after a man with a suitcase made threats. He eventually shot himself.

The suitcase he had with him was found to just contain clothes. Apparently, the man had held up a sign saying 'tax the one per cent', before killing himself.
