I didn’t read all of the newspaper articles at the above link, but the ones I did read did not mention Carol’s girlfriend, Deeanne Bertini, who went with Carol to Sacramento, in any of the follow-up reports.

Maybe there’s interviews with the friend noted in the videos, none of which I’ve watched yet. But I’d like to know her story of what she did after Carol left the Forty Grand Club. Where did she think Carol was for the two days until Carol’s body was identified?

I agree that Deeanne Bertini would probably have been a good person to interview regarding what she knew about Carol and when she last saw her.
