I hope the judge is Strickland because I'm sure he will remember to remind Ms. Anthony that in 31 days she couldn't be bothered to report her child missing, let alone, actually search for her and that with her being a stranger to truth, it is highly doubtful that any traveling would be in the best interest of the missing child.

I think KC is grabbing at straws to find a way out of her predicament. She is looking for a way to get out of the house so she can cut and run. If I was holding her bail, I would be seriously considering revoking it at this point. This whole travel thing clearly shows KC is looking for a way out, in my opinion.

Okay - someone might have already said this, I haven't gotten through the whole thread yet....... but, if she wants to travel to the location she left Caylee at, I'm okay with that as long as she takes LE with her. If her request is for "local" travel.... maybe she will show where Caylee really is. Maybe that's why they are requesting it be kept secret from the public. If I was the judge, I would grant the motion providing she took an LE officer with her where ever she went!

I am totally with you. This is one of the craziest requests I could have imagined from JB, unless it is because he knows they have enough evidence to convict her on a capital murder charge. Perhaps he thinks if she leads them to the body now, she can claim it was an accident and avoid the needle. Unfortunately, JB apparently seems to have forgotten the pathological liar his client is...no way will she ever tell the truth. No Way Jose- it will never happen. I would love nothing more than for her to lead LE to Caylee's body but I cannot see it happening.

Umm, she already took LE to several places. Places such as her non existent "office" at her non existent job, the place where she left her baby with her non existent nanny, etc.

Unless she is requesting travel to lead LE to the corpse, there's no judge in their right mind who would let this murderer out to search for her daughter.

My first thought - You have got to be kidding me! Second thought - Why is she asking this? There has to be a reason.

The reason is they need to portray to the court (during her murder trial) that she still believes Caylee is alive. What better way than to ask for permission to seach for an alive Caylee (this allows her to remain consistent with the fact she does not trust LE or the FBI).

And I've read some comments on here that perhaps she will lead them to the grave. Think again. They're saving that for when the death sentence is on the table. Otherwise she'd tell police now and use an accidental death theory.

Any jurur will see right through this ploy! Especially considering her search efforts before she was even tried with neglect.

IMO she can write it down on a piece of paper where she put Caylee. She doesn't have to go to another State to look for her. How hard is it to spell L-a-n-d-f-i-l-l in ORLANDO? That baby isn't in another State and any place that she put her at can easily be told at this point if that is what she really wanted to do.
