Here we are ,just over a month away from trial ,almost 3 years since Caylee was last seen,and NOW they come up with a new plan . The only thing that's changed is , a better lawyer is on the dt. Unlike the rest of the dt,AF s actually acting like a defense lawyer,IMO.No hidden agendas ,just the business of defending her client.
Do we know if AF has interviewed or depo'd Tonee?

I think she will crumple emotionally because in my heart I feel like she rid herself of Caylee to further her relationship with him. Casey was stringing along multiple men... including Mark Hawkins in California. I don't think Casey's decision to murder Caylee had anything to do with Tony L. or any man for that matter. Casey's motive for murder, and I believe this with all my heart, has everything to do with Casey wanting to destroy Cindy and the control she had over her (Casey) because of Caylee. I believe Cindy threatened Casey for the last time on Fathers Day of 2008... Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee... those are the truest words ever spoken by anyone in this case. Shirley had their number... she was the one who was honest and told LE that Cindy wanted full control over Caylee.

Lol! That was a disgusting display, even for Baez. And as to KC and TL, if it were me, I'd stare KC down as I recounted each and every time she lied about where that baby was. "She told me she was with the Nanny at the beach." (evil eye stare) "She said Caylee was at the zoo with the Nanny." (look of disgust) I would show her that I wasn't afraid of her, that she had no power over me, and mostly how disgusted I was with her. IMO, if everyone fails to look at her, they are going to make her think that they fear her. Each and every "friend" of hers that testifies needs to look at her as they tell what a despicable person she really is. If she wants to look down and shuffle papers, I think the jury will interpret that much as we have her refusal to make eye contact with so many so far.

Oooh, good point-Face the bully. Usually when that happens, the bully dissolves into a pile of jello quick-like.

For my money I hope Tony is wearing a WEDDING BAND, that will certainly get her attention,and she will wonder who got to marry him while she sits up in jail. We have seen in the last few hearings that JB doesn't seem to know that much about the law, or else he allows his arrogance and emotion to let him forget basic legal principles, such as A/C priviledge. Remember how HHJP has to stop JB when he was questioning the young attorney that worked for him for a while about things that were said, reminding JB that he was about to "open the door" to an area he shouldn't? I feel bad for all of Casey's former friends. It's been almost three years and it seems a lot of them have tried so hard to move on with their lives in a positive manner and now it is almost time for them to have to relive this nightmare that Casey dragged them into.

I will say that they have all showed a lot of maturity over these almost three years. With the occasional report of some (Ricardo and Kristina) selling their stories (pictures) to the media... they have shown great restraint with all the accusations thrown at them.

I'm not sure if Casey will show any emotion with their testimony... but I do think she will show signs of anger and seriously disagree with some of the things they will say.

I will say that all of them are on Team Caylee and for that I am eternally thankful!

One thing I have been wondering about though. We have not seen Annie's deposition with the State. I'm wondering if when Casey was out on bond and she went over there for the slumber party... could she have been wired too?

I agree wholeheartedly,but you and I both know his "macho thing" will get in the way and he'll blow it,and personally I'm looking forward to seeing him do just that :innocent:

Lol! The look on KC's face would be priceless I bet! I think that JB will end up asking a question or questions that will end up opening the door to TL and KC's sex life if he isn't careful. He filed motions to keep it out but my money is on him getting overzealous with any attempt at questioning the very people he needs to discredit and "opening the door" (CA's favorite term) to everything he has tried so hard to keep hidden from the jury. Personally, I can't wait!
