Casey Anthony attorney: Judge Perry has 'clear bias'

Also wanted to bounce this off yours.. Mason's excuse for that is... "I only just came on this case.....( insert however many months )" He hasn't a clue even how long he's been on the case. I feel he needs to get better informed before trial.

You know how when you start a new job and you can claim "I don't know, I'm new" for what, about a month if that? IMHO it is waaaaaay past the "I'm new" theory for CM.

Sadly he has a whole list he picks from; I'm new, I'm old, I'm deaf... This could just go on and on with him. I'm attempting to pull the wool fits best!

I'm sure something could be said for the fact that she may have not been physically staying at her parents home, but she was probably still getting mail there, most, if not all, of her and Caylee's clothes, shoes, etc., were still in their respective closets, so for all intense purposes, that was still her primary residence. All she had to do was open her mouth and ask the officer's to leave. Or go to her room or bathroom and close the door. There was a hundred of ways she could have not cooperated and given the officers a 'clue' that she didn't want to talk with them. Instead she wrote statements and went on walks with them.

I don't think it was the 6' 3" burly armed police officers that was intimidating her... I think it was her mother. No telling how many time Casey was non-verbally threatened with just a look or by her being in close proximity of her mother.

That was her legal address. She was just staying with Tony. Did not live there and Caylee's address was always Hopespring.

My guess is that this motion is a necessary step that must be taken before an appeal of the issues raised in the underlying motions. Appellate law generally requires that one tries to fix errors or perceived errors at the trial court level prior to bringing an appeal, so I don't fault the DT for filing this. The substance of it though is lacking.
