I think what people are most upset about is that she is inviting her over for sleepovers creating this necessary relationship with someone who is only 12 years old. I can understand both sides but according to the law (her bond) she wasn't even supposed to be contacting someone under the age of 17 to begin with. I blame her contact with Casey trying to build a relationship with her and inviting her over for sleep overs, etc. the reason for her traumatic stress...IMO

I'm sorry, I disagree. She is very close to Cindy, Lee and George. She calls them Grandpa and Grandma and big brother Lee. It is her 12 year old mind that she needs to feel this way and get through it. LET HER. As far as a sleepover, if her parents are okay with it, why not? Dakota thought that if she could talk to Casey, she could ask her where Caylee is. Maybe that's what we need here. Besides the fact that a sleepover wouldn't happen and if it did, Cindy and George are there. Casey isn't going to harm this little girl.

Why is Casey emailing her NOT wrong? Her rules for release were very specific that she was not to have any contact with anyone under the age of 17. NO CONTACT, means just that --no contact in any way shape or form!

YES, PLEASE. SHE IS 12 and that myspace says 15. She is too young TO BE DRAGGED INTO HERE. Let her be at peace with what she needs. No one is pushing her. Let it be please.

Did you watch the video? It's even more sickening than reading the article. How, how, how can the grandmother say that she was ok with it and thought that Casey may confide in her granddaughter. Why. That's my only question. Why............. The grandmother even said that she thought Caylee was deceased and that Casey had something to do with it. So why would you let your vulnerable 12 year old grandchild knowingly communicate like that with Casey? Why?

I said this earlier but I've read that email before it was posted as a comment on one of the myspace pages..either Casey's or Caylee's. Something is not right..really! I'm sure it will come out though. The comment was there when Casey was in jail..

After George making that scene only hours after Padilla and Baez discussed security issues, I'm starting to think they want Casey back behind bars and the media gone.

George deliberately made a show for the cameras. He could have instead just got in his car and drove away.

Oh yeah ....I'm going to let me kid stay with Casey....with Cindy and George as chaperones. All in hopes of my 12 year old getting a confession about a dead three year old who may have been murdered.
