Can you tell me where LE said this is a homicide case or a missing child case. Did the media say homicide or did the police? Show me the link that this is a murder case.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but I thought I hear the police say yesterday that we are still looking for a missing child?

Respectfully, I think the pertinent question here is:

Please outline, in clear, supportable and validated statements, why this is still a missing persons case.

Please cite supported references, other than LE statements. ((% of the posters here would likely love to see a singular, validated reason to believe.

If you have it in your research to give us further hope, please do so.

I don't usually watch the Nancy Grace show but this woman who is filling for her is soooo LOUD and talks with such derision that I wouldn't let her fill in for me if I was NG.

I mean these people shouldn't be there but lets face it the media has been camped out in front of the Anthony home for weeks so as far as I am concerned they are the one's who have helped elevate this to this level.

I've been offline today. I have read about the 12 yo girl, read that the Padilla is now saying they aren't going to revoke the bail, and just have one question. I saw a mention of the mental health report or record. What is in it?

I know from first hand experience, this is a violation of her condition of release- no doubt!

I kept thinking the house needs more color. Paint the front door and put up same colored shutters. Plant some annuals ya know? I have to work on the Anthony's house, because I sure as heck am not working on mine at the moment. I'm gonna be in trouble soon. Winter is coming....
