this is totally not uncommon for additional charges to be brought later- for many reasons. Happens all the time- of course not with the entire county watching.

Just had conference on Fox Orlando news - she was arrested for stealing money and breaking bond by contacting someone under 17 yrs of age.

I watched the whole presser, and I didn't hear anything mentioned about her breaking her bond conditions.

Jane Mitchell just commented on the lack of expression on Casey's face. She really just looked like a ghost. I don't know how to explain it. It's scary. I know you guys saw this already but I didn't since I was out.

Because hopefully, she won't be bonded out. There may be additional charges to come as well besides these which will up the bond amount.

The woman that Cindy put her arm around is the bounty hunter that has been with her inside the whole time, I bet........

I cant imagine there will be a big line of bailbondsmen available to bail her out this time....

IMHO they arrested her for her own good. Things were heating up with a lynch mob type mentality.
The thing is that anyone with 300 dollars can bail her out again.
That seems rather strange to me.

That lynch mob stuff is scary...don't like that and hope it stops. IMO

the arrest warrant would have to say "no bond" for her to have to stay in over the weekend

The grandmother of the 12 year old girl who co-ordinated a vigil a couple of weeks ago went to Channel 6 and then to LE with the emails and hand-written letters Casey has sent to her in the past week.

The reason the grandmother dropped a dime is because when she heard about the DNA the other day, the girl became so stressed she needed hospitalization.


I think the original bond is automatically revoked if the defendant is arrested on new felony charges, yes?

At least LE confirmed the forensics tests do show human decomp in the trunk.

Every day that something happens, I'm always busy and away from the news! Just got in to see that Casey has been arrested again...this time for theft. Wow....just heard a couple hours ago that Leonard had not revoked the bond and I was fit to be tied!
