Dakota is a local 12 year old who hosted a candlelight vigil the weekend of Caylee's 3rd birthday, at her church parking lot area, with Cindy and George. She's started calling them "grandma Cindy" and grandpa George". She's become really attached to the Anthony family because of what she's been allowed to see on the news regarding the case. Very sad situation.

Ohhhh, not good, not good at all, this is too much for a 12 year-old too handle. I am (well, I won't say, but close to 40) and it is too much for me to handle.

Her parents should have "edited" what she heard and had access too IMO

Rose,

I agree, I posted this before, but the more I think about it, the more it bothers me. This type of behavior just incites (sp?) more volatile behavior - like mob mentality....

and a followup... I don't think ANYONE here has said that the protesters (or you) do not have a RIGHT to protest, freedom of speech, speak your mind... etc... there is a difference between having a RIGHT to do something and something a person doing not BEING the RIGHT thing to do...
Just because we have the RIGHT... doesn't make it right...
again... speaking of the people on the street tonight only...

Anyone else amazed at the number of people in front of their house just before midnight?

Are they going to leave that light on all night?

How is LP going to get any sleep in his motor home?

do you guys need another laugh. I went to the Orange County Jail info to see if Casey had been booked yet..she hasn't
BUT as luck would have it the other Cynthia Anthony has been.
Talk about your co inky dinks...LOL

Too funny! God knows there have been enough of strange things and coinky dinks in this case already! At least tonight we have achieved some justice for Caylee and an enjoy this one! Good catch - thanks for sharing!! :blowkiss:

I would like to congratulate my fiancee on his first case. He has never gotten pulled into one before.
He watches NG and yells at the TV (supposedly he wants to make sure I don't miss anything.)
He teared up when DNA info was leaked.(cigarette smoke in the eye.)
He helped me watch a garage door for 2 hours. ( what else was he supposed to do?)
He has mentioned that Caylee looks very much like the daughter he lost 14 years ago. (with more cigarette smoke in his eye.)
When the police showed up at the house he was on the edge of couch repeating. "I hope it's cause they found her, I hope it's cause they found her"
He insists on buying a lot of pink balloons before Saturday.

I know off topic, but I think it illustrates how this case is pulling in so many people.

I think (but haven't been watching all night but those protesters on the easement, not on their property.

Ok, so the whole tragedy of Missing Caylee is NOT funny.
But every once in awhile I will find something a bit amusing about the whole thing and it will actually feel good to chuckle.

I come across your post, Truthwillsetufree, and went into hysterics for a good 5 minutes...complete with tears running down my cheeks.
It's now official, my family wants me committed.

Early this morning while Mr. Amity is getting ready for work he walks by and asks:
What are you watching?

Live feed.

Of what?

Of a camera positioned on a house.

After his shower:
You STILL watching the same thing?

Um, yea.

I can turn on the TV for you if it's movement you're after.

Um, no thanks, I'm fine.

Okey dokey. So you are going to stare at a computer screen that has a camera positioned on house.........for how long are you going to do this?

Til something happens.

Mr. Amity rolls eyes, clears throat, barely kisses my cheek as he leaves for work.

Phone call two hours later:
You still staring at the computer screen of a house?

Um..yep.

OK, since you're busy I'll call you back later.

SO...
I read your post and after my own antics this morning and then laughing hysterically tonight for 5 minutes after reading your post...any wonder why he just left the room stating that I'm certifiable?

OH MY GOD....here's how MY day went....

Mr. Shutterfly comes into the office, see's webcam.
"What are you looking at?"

"Umbrella dudes."

"WHO?"

"Umbrella dudes, see the blue umbrella...and the two dudes?"

"Ummm, yeah. That's a webcam...and someone's HOUSE?!? WTF are you doing in here? What are THEY looking at, same thing YOU'RE looking at, right?"

"Uh huh"

"And that is?"

"Garage door."

"How long you been watching that webcam?"

"Ummmm...two days I think."

"No wonder all my clothes are dirty."

"You know where the washer is right? It's in the same place now that it's in when I wash clothes."

"You know, we DO have a tv....you could just watch the news."

"Yeah, uh huh."

Calls two hours later....Casey just got re-arrested.

"Can you do me a favor?"

"Right NOW?"

"Well, yeah.......and the traffic is..........I need to know.......channel 4 news........truck is upside down and I....."

"Uh huh, okay"

"ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME?"

"Yeah, you're phone broke up, what did you say, I missed the end?"

"Liar, you're still looking at that garage door, aren't you?"

"No.....courthouse steps."

I'm still not sure if the call was dropped after that or if he hung up. I guess I'll find out when he gets home.

That webcam kinda reminds me of that show TMZ when they follow Britney Spears around.

True. Very true. This whole thing is just so surreal. And every day, it just becomes that more 'out there'.

  • #509
They stuck to the road and the easement...those are public property.

Not in a residential community; that is a disturbance of peace. It is not just harrassment of the Anthony family, but all the neighbours as well.

Anybody do the strand Test on the hair yet?

  • #511
I think (but haven't been watching all night) but those protesters on the easement, not on their property.

  • #512
They weren't on private property. And the right to protest is also one of the freedoms we enjoy.
Yes they were and I saw with my own eyes on the web cam. Walking all over the grass and in the driveway. I know what I saw.

Are they going to leave that light on all night?

How is LP going to get any sleep in his motor home?

I don't think LP sleeps there....Tony paid for a motel. IIRC

My understanding is that, while the hair is still attached, the root is growing out of the follicle. If the hair is pulled from the head while one is alive, there would be no evidence of decomp on the root. If the hair falls out after death, there will be decomp on the root.

I believe that they have a hair with decomp on the root.

Susan
Yea...what she said...much simplier than me.

Jose came over to the house to explain to Cindy why the police did what they did, and why the police are not looking for Caylee.

"We are all disgusted by this display."

"We all deserve at our darkest moment to have our attorney stand by you. And if the evidence shows you're guilty, then you're guilty."

And now Cindy is talking right over Baez. Baez just shut her up. Apparently she was kissing her cross and looking to the heavens (per announcer) and hugging Jose.

Baez has facts he's not disclosing - there is a very compelling reason for Casey's actions.

What channel are you watching?

With Casey in or out of jail the protesters are going to get worse between now and Monday. Today showed that the public for whatever reason feels it has the right to get answers from Cindy, Casey, George and Jose.

God Bless you Rozey and your family. I agree with you 1000%. I'm the proud daughter of a retired Army Colonel pilot. He lives everyday with the horrible effects of Agent Orange.

All of our brave soldiers fight to give us these rights.

So sry to hear about your dad. I'll add him to my prayers.:)
