This is very true.

While the panel of attorneys on Greta (with the exception of Ted Williams) were so appalled at what they coined as the "abuse of police authority" because they didn't give Jose Baez the opportunity to bring his client in and surrender her, but I think their activities were a clear message to the family, Casey, and her attorney they are not going to play games their way any more. LE is being vilified by the family and Jose for not finding Caylee, when Casey knows what happened, has lied and lied and lied. It's their way of saying, IMO, "you are not in control any longer."

What I find odd, like others here, is why Jose Baez would go to the house first if he's so bent out of shape rather than to the station to meet his client. what manner of sense and good lawyerin' in that?

Did I miss Greta???? Did she do a segment on the case?

My thought was that she needed to get back to her house before Cindy went to work. JMO

Yep since she never really moved from there.

Darn DT, you clearly know me well, I keep thinking just one more "refresh" hit on my computer and then I will go to bed....

Ditto!

Yep you did - she had Jose Baez on too, right after Casey was carted back to the slammer.

Me too..would love the chance to speak to her, just to see for myself.

I wouldn't. I've got a big mouth and I'm very opinionated. So does she. But she's bigger than I am and I didn't really like the way she swung that hammer at those reporters. Yikes!!

:silenced:

OT, but I know a lot of us are on the coast of FL, LA, TX: a good friend works with NOAA, and word is this next round of storms will hit hard and possibly head inland with lots of flooding. Thye are already prepping to head to the coast this weekend in Texas. Be safe. Keep all those rescue animals inside. And take care of the humans, too. :)

I am sorry I simply have no sympathy for any of the Anthony's, none, notta.

I may be new to posting, but I have watched this case and lurked on this site since the beginning... Not one of them would know the truth if they were introduced.:furious: I have watched them run LE in circles and then attck LE because they weren't doing it right. I have listened to Cindy tell me to get off my A$$, when the only time she got off hers was to suck up to a camera or critic what others were trying to do. I have heard not one second of appreciation for the probably millions of $$ wasted by them and the precious Casey. If it was a simple fact that Casey can't remember where she left her daughter (yeah right) that would be one thing, but if that were the case why does Baez only worry about protecting his client... if she is innocent what does she need to be protected from?
Do I need to be concerned about what Cindy, Casey or George are going thru?? I don't think so! I am concerned and heart broken at what Angel Caylee went thru as she fought to stay alive with no one to care for her! She deserved that much and by law she is entitled to that!
Many years ago (when I could not have children of my own) a very young mother dropped her daughter off with me to babysit and she did not come back for almost 4 years, it broke my heart when I had to give her back, but that is what the law said I had to do. Then I brought my first grandchild home from the hospital when he was born and I feed him, paced the floors with him and love him more than life itself and one day my daughter got her chit together (after 7 years) I was heart broken, but he lives a good life and is happy and that is what matters. I would go thru all of that again just to know Caylee would live.
None of that compares to what Casey has done and continues each and everyday to do. She is making a mockery of all of us, the people donating hours of time, energy and $$ and it means nothing to her and truthfully I don't think it means anything to the Anthony's.
Sorry... I just had to get that off my chest.

I dunno about you, but I am refilling my coffee!

Same here.
Mr. Amity just brought me in a steaming cup of fresh ground, fresh brewed Dunkin. While brewing I could smell it all the way across the house. OK, so my house isn't that big but you git what I'm sayin', it's some strong, curl-yer-nose-hair-coffee!.

My computer froze several times today and I had to wait for my son to come and redo-reset the Virus/Firewall thingy.
In other words, I have a whole lot to catch up on with this Casey mess so I'm gonna be up for a long, long time.

Speaking of Casey Mess....
Anyone have a link to the talk that Casey's lawyer gave after his client was hauled away again this evening?
I think I read Cindy was by his side during that talk and I can't seem to find any video of it.
Thanks muches!

OH MY GOD! I never miss it! Well I guess I'll read the transcript. She is on now- repeat. So I will see her now I guess. Thanks for the heads up!

Casey is being held on a no bond hold. She appears before a judge tomorrow who will most likely to readdress the bond issue.

It's not a good thing to be charged with a crime while on bond for another one.
Agreed, she's done. In "Bond speak" - toast..
Did anyone else think we just saw her taste her last gulp of free air?

Wait a minute - didn't someone in those documents mention that she ran into Casey at a Target in July?

Damn, she probably saw in her basket whatever it was Amy paid for.

I didn't find them ignorant in the least. How many times do we sit here and think...oh yea...big talk...easy to do behind a computer screen...bet in real life you wouldn't have the nerve to say squat....these people said to her face what we all say behind our screens. Good for them!

Good, valid point.

Sorry if this is a repeat post, but have you seen this...

http://www.wftv.com/video/17340484/index.html

That was an incredible video. The only response Cindy has is . . . "Are you getting your information from the media . . . " -- what she really is saying is . . . "We don't trust the police."

This is a great example of what their lives are going to be like FOREVER.

Have Fun.

You know this has troubled me too! What the heck did she do all day? What did she do with Caylee? She told everyone that Caylee was with the nanny while she was at work? Surely, over the TWO years that she lied about going to work at Universal, someone saw her during the work day?? So confused.
Well, it would seem that going to work was simple. For instance, on the 16th, GA says she leaves at 12:50, but she's picking up Caylee at ZFG's three hours later. She also said somewhere that she used TonEs somputer and worked from there (I forget where I read that). Long story short, I think she pretended to work, took Caylee to the park, whatever to kill time... And yes, I DO think she'd "get up early" to carry out the charade.

I was surprised that he didn't go to the jail also. He must feel pretty confident that she will continue to say absolutely nothing.
I couldn't sleep and got up to check on you guys ~ the glass of wine sounds like a good idea.
