Cindy obviously took better care of her than she did herself. She looks much better in the 2nd mugshot, like she had at least been getting rest and regular meals and showers. The first- not so much.

It's impossible for me to catch up with all that has gone on since Casey was arrested last night- the board was impossible to get on to and when you could, it would only be for maybe a post or two.

Can someone provide a summary on what has happened? Thanks so much!

Yes, I agree, and it is multi-jurisdictional, imo, she had help moving Caylee from the backyard, I would be watching the comings and goings of the principals in this case over the weekend. Somebody's gonna flip.

she's medicated- I would bet on that. Now, I am just waiting for her attorney to file a motion that she is under the care of a shrink, on medication and needs to be moved to the medical ward

I don't think Baez showed up until after Casey was taken from the house, and the cop car had already left. I heard the CNN reporter say later that Baez had just arrived. Correct me if I'm wrong but I did watch the whole thing go down on NG, so that is where I'm seeing this.
I did hear him say that he was aware of this ahead of time... so why didn't he go to the house before they came to arrest her? Or did he think they were going along with him when he said he would bring her in himself, and then they pulled a surprise on them? I hate these games these attornies and LE play with each other!

How do they arrest somebody without a warrant? I mean they did book her for a crime?

I think she looks DEFIANT. Smart alecky. Like "whatcha gonna do?" At least in her first one she looks slightly scared. For her own butt, no doubt. Had her first one resembled last night's, the protests would have started much, much sooner.

That look on her face right there screams to me, "Bring it on!"

I was shocked at the class-less-ness he showed at the pressc last night.
Somebody shoulda told that boy the ole count to 10, and then count to 100. He called out the 2nd in command of this investigation after he drove on their lawn to pick up his client.

Exactly. He really is not doing his client any favors and it really concerns me that he apparently has given the family advice that the DNA is insignificant and refutable. IMOO

I found it very "unprofessional" of NG's show to do that to BH Padilla. If I was BH Padilla, I would tell NG's show to "take a hike!" The look on BH Padilla's face was devastating.

I totally understand the strategy being what BH Padilla has done over the last couple of days regarding revoking, not revoking and revoking again.

I definitely agree. I think this weekend and the next week is going to be SUPER BUSY!!!!!!!! I'll probably be divorced by then, LOL!

I thought she was affected by something too...I thought maybe she had been drinking. IMOO

I thought of that way back in the beginning ---- Cindy presented to me as a heavy drinker, a functioning alcoholic. Of course no one could blame her now if she's taking an occasional belt.

I cannot find the thread where the article link for Casey's e-mails to a girl who was helping in a search or something was posted.

THe e-mail was all chipper and "Girl, we'll get together soon. You are such a sweetheart, thanks for all your help." IIRC, this girl was quite young...12 or 13. Maybe an older teen. She was quite upset and hyperventilating when the news came out that there was decomp and Caylee's decomp fluid in the car.

My question is this: Wasn't part of Casey's bail deal that she have no contact with minors? Doesn't this violate this? No contact means no contact...e-mail, written, etc.

June 15: Cindy takes Caylee to visit her parents. This is Father's Day. It is also the day that the next door neighbor over heard a huge argument coming from the Anthony's home, with CMA screaming at her parents.

June 17: The day Zenaida G views apartment at the Sawgrass apartments.

If there was a huge argument on Sunday, June 15, perhaps Casey in a huff went over to Sawgrass on Tuesday, June 17 to see what it would be like to rent an apartment there to get away from her parents. If so, she might have overhead Zenaida G there mention the room she was looking at (I think it was 106). That's where she might have come up with the name and room number when she had to give the identity of the supposed nanny.
