:blowkiss: TY! He has lost all sense of purpose. I thought from the beginning that she would try to seduce him and work her magic (YUK!) with him. IMO, she's definitely achieved her goal. He doesn't speak of her like she's a client anymore. I'm very surprised the media hasn't caught onto that and commented. It was entirely too creepy the way Cindy was rubbing his back last night. It's waaaaayyyy over the line.

And her mugshots...I think the first one shows alot of drug use in the previous days. Her eyes show it. The new one, imo, shows a bit of resignation. I'm not saying she feels guilty and will confess because I don't believe true sociopaths have that ability. But in her mind, maybe she's realizing this isn't a party and she IS NOT the wanted celebrity. Perhaps the protesters yelling made a bit of reality crash in on her alternate universe.

Who else thinks, after viewing his statement on the lawn last night, that Baez is entirely to emotionally involved with this family? He showed not one ounce of professionalism in that statement. I def think he and the amazing CA have more than a lawyer-client relationship. He was spewing crazy crap around just like the entire family.
My... My... Someone from right here in the Pocono's!

There is certainly something more to the relationship between Casey and Jose than we know, look at the video of them leaving the jail.

Baez- Cops don't make Casey look bad, Casey makes Casey look bad.
Suspicious mind right on!

I found it very "unprofessional" of NG's show to do that to BH Padilla. If I was BH Padilla, I would tell NG's show to "take a hike!" The look on BH Padilla's face was devastating.

I totally understand the strategy being what BH Padilla has done over the last couple of days regarding revoking, not revoking and revoking again.

I understood his plight too. Nancy's show has become so sensational and gravitates toward being tabloidish. I use to be an avid watcher of Nancy know she grates on my nerves and it doesn't even take 5 minutes into her show to do so. lol

Guests in the past have had the same sentiments and have vowed never to return. She or her host are always way too disrespectful and constantly interupts.

My hubby is such a sweetie and he doesn't mind watching any show that I want to watch 99% of the time but if it is NGs show he goes to another TV to watch something else. lol

I know that Leonard must feel extremely relieved that his part in this is over.

"Cindy Anthony echoed those statements Saturday. She said deputies arrived at the house without a warrant and told her they were taking Casey to a safe place."

How do they arrest somebody without a warrant? I mean they did book her for a crime?

they had a warrant signed by a circuit court judge. they don't have to show it to the arrestee's mommy. btw...cindy was too busy yapping on the phone.

It's not at all unusual for someone in her situation to be on sedatives. I know several people who've only gotten through the funeral of their children by being given prescription meds (Xanax, etc.) just so they could get up and get dressed.

Actually, if she'd (Cindy) gotten through all of this without some kind of pharmaceutical help it would be amazing. I feel something for her, but I can't nail down what. Pity, I think is as close as I can get. She's spent her whole life trying to be "White picket fence/normal family". Keeping up with the Jones. And now her whole bluff is being exposed in front of the entire world. She's very proud of appearances, a control freak. She's still, in the pile of rubble her life has become, trying to fix everything and make the world think everything is okie dokie. The part that worries me is that I think she believes it and her mind has completely closed out any other possibilities, no matter how much is there to prove that her fictional Camelot went up for sheriff's sale and she's now a permanent cast member of A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Totally agree! The issue is now, how long can she remain in this world of her own without cracking? Because that will happen, and it will not be good. This ENTIRE family has been able to do this for so many years, years and years!

I didn't get a chance to post last night as the board was on overloaded. If anyone finds the document Baez had in his hand, please post it.

LE did a strategic move last night going to pick up Casey re: current charges. Although Baez stated LE had this information 2 months ago, that doesn't mean that LE had to charge Casey ASAP.

Since LE has given Casey until Tuesday, which actually was extended from Friday, per Baez request, LE had to do something before Tuesday to get a hold of Casey one on one and speak with her.

Cindy speaking on the TODAY show and reading the statement from the tow yard was difficult to watch. Even if the tow yard didn't not smell an odor upon the arrival of the car on the 30th of June, the car sat in the tow yard for nearly two weeks in the heat allowing for the "stain" to begin to ferment, bringing the odor to it's highest level.

Whatever was in the vehicle maybe small in size, and not to the degree of a full body in the trunk, it's evident that something was in the trunk at one point in time.

Baez stated last night: "there is compelling reasons for Casey actions" ... I sure would like to know what he meant by that statement! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sflEsI1mgXY

PattyG, I agree. I think Baez is feeding Cindy and George this baloney about the DNA tests not being conclusive and can't prove it was a dead body or a live one, etc. I realize he's a defense attorny, and doing his job... but he is doing Cindy a disservice by convincing her that Casey is innocent. I would love to know what these compelling reasons are too... I don't think any reason would be compelling enough for me to sit back a whole month before I reported that my baby was missing! There is no excuse for that.

I can't watch her at all. IMOO

DOes anybody know if Leonard and his crew are searching with TES? Seems like it would be a good move on his part to show it was about CAYLEE not Casey.

They are not, they felt that the publicity their presence would bring would detract from the search and want to keep the focus on finding Caylee.

Get OUT! It's a small world. Mind saying where you are? I didn't even notice your location. I have been here on WS since the Petersons. I've been reading obsessively but didn't have much time to post til now (grad school).

IMO, he is not doing his job if he is telling them the DNA is "hocus pocus" and I agree with you that I think that is where the family is getting it from. An attorney owes it to his client to be better informed than that and to give them reliable advice. IMOO

Ok, probably a dumb question but here we go. If Casey had not been re-arrested, would she have been able to get permission to participate in this morning's search with TES?

Not that she would've been any help, or probably had the cahunas (or interest) to show up. Just wondering now if JB will use this whine too - "You kept the one person who could've been able to find evidence away from the ability to help!"

Good morning everyone.

I'm just wondering if anyone else thought LE, in the presser yesterday, were dropping hints that this investigation was bigger than we know and involves more than Casey? IMOO
I just listened to the entire presser and there is nothing in there about this being bigger than we know and/or involving more than Casey. As a matter of fact, he read a press release and answered boiler plate questions. He did confirm decomp in the trunk but refused to confirm reported FBI results that say they are Caylee's.

What? Do you have a link for this please?

I think Patty may have posted it. It was during the statement on the lawn after CA's arrest. He was speaking and Cindy reached over to his back and it seemed like she was comforting him. Hang on and find the vid.

here ya go (but you can't see from the angle they have on NG the angle was much wider. But you do see her rest her chin on his shoulder towards then end when Cindy speaks):
