PattyG, I agree. I think Baez is feeding Cindy and George this baloney about the DNA tests not being conclusive and can't prove it was a dead body or a live one, etc. I realize he's a defense attorney, and doing his job... but he is doing Cindy a disservice by convincing her that Casey is innocent. I would love to know what these compelling reasons are too... I don't think any reason would be compelling enough for me to sit back a whole month before I reported that my baby was missing! There is no excuse for that.

You are exactly right imo, Tx.

By law LE nor the DA has to give him any information on what has been uncovered forensically or otherwise. That will only happen after she is charged. He doesn't have a clue what they have in this case and he even messed up and said so.

He was just boasting that LE had the test was already back last week and LE weren't releasing them because they were inconclusive but that is not what LE said yesterday, at all.

I spoke with TP late last night, and he refused to do that show because JVM was on, seriously. I really got peeved when she railroaded Tim Miller.
I am thinking about doing an open letter to Nancy Grace on her coverage this week and posting it here- any thoughts? Nobody messes with my Tim

I think that's a great idea! I think that the past two weeks while NG has been gone, Pat Lalama and JVM have both been sub-par. Those two have turned NG's investigative journalism into a 'Springeresc' type of sideshow. NG gives the hard questions whereas JVM attacks and belittles. NG has probably lost a lot of hard fought ground because of these two. Pat flirted with LP and others and her laughing and flirting made it into more of a sideshow and then JVM just blurted from her mouth without disregard to the case itself. LP did NOT deserve to be attacked. He admitted his mistakes, etc. And although I didn't see it, I can not understand why they would pick LP to go back on and show the inconsistencies. Why not Cindy, George or Casey? Neither one of them have focused on that at all.............. I think it's a great idea, Blink!

It's quite evident imo that the Anthony's feel that the police are not on their side and their only goal is to pin this on Casey and have no interest in finding Caylee. Unbelievable.

The mother of a missing toddler was arrested again Friday night -- this time on check fraud and theft charges -- just over a week after a bounty hunter bailed her out of jail.

Early Saturday morning, the California company that posted the $50,000 last week to get Casey out of jail on original charges of child endangerment and lying to authorities revoked that bond.

They didn't revoke as far as I know. But I hope they will! I want her locked up again. It's not right that she gets to sit in her room surfing the net while that sweet baby is out there someplace. I can't take much more of this.

Does anyone think she actually looks like she's put on weight in 2nd photo unlike Cindy, who is now wearing her wedding ring on her middle finger because she has lost weight. I think she actually looks healthier in 2nd photo not like someone that would be worried about their missing child.

Yes, BH Padilla changed his mind, but there was a plan and it was executed perfectly.

If BH Padilla revoked her bond and brought her back to jail today, then LE never would have gotten the chance to speak to Casey. The key here is "LE needed to get some time with Casey without Baez."

I'm behind a few pages but what do you mean by "LE needed time to talk to Casey"? Is she talking? I can't find this anywhere?

I can't stand JVM, I think she's too dramatic and I hate when she cuts people off and talks nonstop herself.
BH was trying to explain that he met with Baez that day and he convinced him not to revoke the bond, to allow Casey to remain at home. Then late in the evening Baez got the heads-up that LE intended to rearrest her. I think BH knew this was going to happen.
I'm glad she's back in jail... but I do think it was sort of staged by LE. Then again... they must have some plan in mind.

she's medicated- I would bet on that. Now, I am just waiting for her attorney to file a motion that she is under the care of a shrink, on medication and needs to be moved to the medical ward

Hmm, I've wondered about this since NG brought it up awhile back. But ya know, I believe many people in jail have long standing problems like schizophrenia, bipolar etc. To our knowledge she hasn't been diagnosed, and wasn't on any meds prior to her first arrest. So...it might be hard to get her over on the medical ward. AND, if she did go there, it wouldn't be for very long, imo. She may be medicated, but taking, say, an antianxiety medication wouldn't warrant an admission to the medical ward. I see no signs of a psychosis.

I'm just giving opinion, have no idea how they really decide.

I'm going to toss a few thoughts out there on this. IMO, at least Cindy seems to be able to be manipulated pretty easily (looking back on all of the chit that Casey has pulled up until now) so why wouldn't she be able to be manipulated by JB too. As for George, he's been silent for a while now (except for his outburst yesterday) and so I can't really speak on what he may believe but he doesn't speak out for Casey nor JB, he spoke out yesterday about the body not being Caylee's in the back of the trunk. Plus, he's tried to stay out of the house as much as he can, IMO, as well. I don't think George has been manipulated as much. So for me, I think the Kool-Aid's been handed out by JB and his client and Cindy's just drinkin' it up. George may have taken a few sips.........
