I agree with you and we don't know what Baez is telling the family. It's more reasonable to presume that if anything, Baez is telling them that the forensics aren't airtight; that the air farm stuff methodology is so new that no one can guarantee for sure whether it will even be admissible, and that DNA can be challenged without necessarily arguing that the underlying science is crackpot.

I can't wait for him to do that. The prosecutor will shred him up, mix him with mayo and spread him on Ritz crackers when he does.

So so true. I thought maybe, just maybe, Beth and Tim would have some effect on Cindy. But alas, not. She's taking a heavy dose of Kool-aid every day (along with some other things, IMO) and I think that if she was to really accept the facts, she would totally lose it...........

Everyone has a choice. The media, the public, Beth Holloway, Tim Miller (god bless is soul), Law Enforcement are all focused on a missing child.

The Anthony's have CHOSEN to listen and believe the spin of a defense attorney, Jose Baez.

I wouldn't think a nurse and an ex-detective would need to be schooled on DNA by an attorney. They know exactly what DNA is and what significance it has. Maybe they're denying it to themselves at this point, but they know good and well.

Yes, I agree. They are educated professionals and if anyone understands DNA AND the smell of decomp it should be a former cop and a nurse!!

The denial is bordering on psychotic.

Sounded like the bond was revoked to me during GVS interview with LP. She said so several times and LP didn't disagree.

I wonder if the webcam being there is the reason all the people turned out last night, and now turned off or (on freeze) if LE asked them to do that.

East Stroudsburg.....

:hug::bananapowerslide::Banane49:

Just found this site at the start of the Caylee saga and I am totally addicted and obsessed with it.

I lived in Effort for 20 years and worked at Delaware Water Gap for 10 years at Heico Chemical Company. Small world!

You are exactly right imo, Tx.

By law LE nor the DA has to give him any information on what has been uncovered forensically or otherwise. That will only happen after she is charged. He doesn't have a clue what they have in this case and he even messed up and said so.

He was just boasting that LE had the test was already back last week and LE weren't releasing them because they were inconclusive but that is not what LE said yesterday, at all.

imoo

Thank you, and good morning! This has me riveted, and I know there is a lot of misinformation out there, but surely he is not that naive! He does not have any exonerating evidence... because there is none!

Great post, Nancy. And you are one of my fave sleuthers!

Tim was disgusted that Casey didn't even pretend to be interested in the search for Caylee!! She is a strange one...

She is talking to no one about her daughter at all and thats what makes her look so darn guilty!!!

Greta said: "go get your bond money back".

LP also said that the FBI said that the DNA came back as being either from Caylee OR Casey... well, can't they tell by the color of the hair whether it was Caylee's or Casey's? I mean, one has dark blonde/light brown hair and the other has dark brown/black hair....

Tim also seemed a bit puzzled that Cindy wasn't asking questions about Caylee.

Yes, Not, he was puzzled. And he seemed so sad because of it. Without saying it, he was saying that the family is the strangest he has dealt with.

I liked the way the guest host took the 400 pages of released documents from a few days ago, placed the papers next to her cheek, and rifled them the way one rifles a deck of playing cards -- while simultaneously shouting "Bombshell News"!

Every eight minutes.

HAHA!!! When she put those documents next to her face, I thought, does she know how rediculous she looks???? I wonder if that's a tactic they learn to do in journalism school :waitasec:

Does anyone think she actually looks like she's put on weight in 2nd photo unlike Cindy, who is now wearing her wedding ring on her middle finger because she has lost weight. I think she actually looks healthier in 2nd photo not like someone that would be worried about their missing child.

IMO The first shot speaks alot… I do believe that Caylee is no longer her and I hope I am wrong… but that is the features of someone who stopped eating or sleeping… she looks like she lacked sleep and food…

Does anyone think she was already in the grieving of reality of her daughter can not be brought back!

In the 2nd photo yes she DOES seem like she gained weight and is more of color (perhaps make up) but no emotion of a musing girl

I see it more in the 1st photo

That is only a small part of what makes her look so guilty. The evidence mounting against her, the type of person we now know her to be, her jealousy of Caylee, etc. There is such a long list of things which point to her guilt so far.

Did anyone else catch this? On NG last night they showed Casey and the investigators inside the house. It looked like Casey briefly had a look of shock on her face and said something to one of the investigators.

Did anyone else see this or were my eyes playing tricks on me?

I assume Casey was being read her rights and she may have said she understood the Miranda warning.
