Just me thinking out loud, I suppose.. Yesterday, I think it was a defense attorney (on NG) who said that even if JB knows where Caylee is (dead or alive), he isn't obligated to tell police. He can let the police figure it out for themselves. I guess that's how things work, but it doesn't seem right. Seems to me that any person who knows where a dead body is (or a missing *live* person), should tell the authorities.

There is certainly something more to the relationship between Casey and Jose than we know, look at the video of them leaving the jail.

She was playing the femme fatal, turning into his chest often, even laid her hand on his chest whilst burying her face into his neck. It was kinda sickening. Course his arm was around her neck......

LP also said that the FBI said that the DNA came back as being either from Caylee OR Casey... well, can't they tell by the color of the hair whether it was Caylee's or Casey's? I mean, one has dark blonde/light brown hair and the other has dark brown/black hair....

That means that the mitochondrial DNA is back.

It's called attorney/client privilege and it's a right guaranteed by the Constitution.

I just googled Jose Baez and his outcome on his clients lare found guilty! Does anyone no any High profile cases he has actually won?

I read somewhere that he does a lot of child neglect type defenses but haven't heard of any high profile cases or what his record is in court.

You would think this is how it would be, but there are thousands and thousands of criminals in prison that would NOT tell a soul where they left a body, etc.

It's quite evident imo that the Anthony's feel that the police are not on their side and their only goal is to pin this on Casey and have no interest in finding Caylee. Unbelievable.

I just got to the part where Baez says,"You are assuming she's not talking and you're also assuming she doesn't know where Caylee is."

If she is in fact talking, and she does in fact know where Caylee is, why are we still looking for Caylee? Do these people listen to what comes out of their own mouths?

Anyway, I have a question, as I have been out of the loop since yesterday afternoon.
Did Casey get her bond revoked, or was she re-arrested for theft? I've seen both in skimming, so a little confused.

Her only friend in the world now, appears to be, a 12-13 year old girl.

I have to wonder if that "girl" is an LE plant hoping to get some information Casey may let slip.

I can't keep up with this thread... I post a response and then there are 2 or 3 more pages! You are ALL so awesome!! Those with legal knowledge I DO appreciate so much.
So sorry if I missed this, but has BH & his crew gone home? He sorta grew on me during this past couple weeks. I think this issue with the mobs and protests sort of got out of hand. I would NOT have wanted to be in that crowd last night during that freak show!
I thought I caught a glimpse of Tim M. almost getting shoved or losing his balance for a second, and it made me furious! I admire that man so much.. he must have been as shocked as everyone else last night.
It is hard for me to comprehend the sort of people who would set up something like the protests and yell the obscenities like that. What on earth are they thinking?! That does not help the situation... and while we might not like how the Anthony's are acting, they do deserve some consideration for what they're going through.

I read a story somewhere last night where the grandmother of the 12yo said that she (or maybe they) didn't put a stop to the relationship out of the hope that something would slip... but don't quote me on that... I don't remember where I read it.

The arrest warrant says Casey "uttered the forged instrument" (forged Amy's check?) on July 8th. That's a few days before she borrowed Amy's car, isn't it?
