I could be wrong, but seems to me that if his client knows where Caylee is, and that she is alive... Caylee has a constitutional right to be found! So this tells me that his client knows that Caylee is dead, knows where she is, and is STILL not talking to protect her own butt!!! Un-freakin'-believable!!!

I don't think she is alive, because I heard him say something previously that all would be brought to light during the trial... which says to me that she can't be alive... why would we have to wait til then to get any answer as to what has happened? JMO

Mommaearth has started a thread this morning that says bond HAS been revoked by the Tampa bonding agency. I am a bit confused if the Padillia's are part of this, or if it was revoked by the Florida agency who actually fronted the money. Anyway, here is a link:

From Mommaearth on the BOND REVOKED thread.
http://www.wftv.com/news/17340180/detail.html

It looks like her bond was revoked. I haven't been able to see this news anywhere else yet though :behindbar

I'm asking, too. I have seen both this morning, maybe it is a combo of both that landed her back in jail, but I would like to know, one way or another?
Lanie
Edited to add: I just hit the link again. It says it was both.

From WFTV...they don't attribute Sat AM bail revocation info. Also the subpoenas handed out yesterday apparantly are notice to testify at trial...not GJ.

From wftv.com:

However, the bonding company had a change of heart Saturday morning. Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter who had been living in an RV outside of the Anthony home, left.

Also Friday, subpoenas were issued to the Anthony family telling them they may have to testify in a trial scheduled to start on November 17.

I can't imagine LE using a 12 year old child as a plant!

"She" only has to sayshe is 12....

"She" and her "grandmother" may both be big burly LE types.

Haven't you ever heard of 'sting' operations?

No one really knows for sure who they're chatting with is who or what they say they are..

Thats why we should ALL be careful what we put out there..

I would recommend you take a hard look at the Logan Tucker case. His mother is serving Life w/o parole with NO cause or NO body. Thank goodness they don't need either to convict.

Once again, if you read the body of my posts, you will see that I think that Caylee's future is bleak. I can theorize though, because nobody here is a fortuneteller as far as I know. The evidence against O.J. Simpson was pretty damning also, more so than the evidence against Casey. And they had a body in that case all along. And you know what happened in the O.J. trial. It only takes one juror, one person, to derail the prosecution's strongest charges. It takes just one juror who's conscience might not permit him or her to send Casey away for life on speculation alone.

Suspected murderers end up serving lesser sentences all the time. It's common. None of us knows how this case will end.

Lanie, she was re-arrested last night for forgery, etc. Then the bond was revoked this morning, I believe.

hate to ask such an awful question, but would they have sent cadaver dogs to the landfills and if not, why not? IMOO

Sending a cadaver dog to a landfill is senseless based on the size of a landfill, and the fact landfills bury the trash.

Trash can be located via a grid and then dug up and sorted, but your talking about a lot of trash! We don't even know if they truck out some of this trash to other state's landfill.

The failure or success of an attorney isn't measured by how cases were "won" or "lost" To use this case as an example, if Casey is ultimately sentenced to less than 10 years in prison, I would say that her defense attorney has done a good job, even though the defendant technically "lost", i.e. - was found guilty of something.

And by the way, the chances of Casey doing less than 10 years in prison are not as remote as many would think: LE doesn't have one single shred of evidence that Casey was criminally responsible for Caylee's death. And the DNA likely won't provide LE with a cause of death no matter what else it might tend to prove.

What the evidence proves (so far) is that Caylee is dead, that Caylee died while under the general care and supervision of her mother Casey, and that based on all of the witness statements gathered, that Casey likely concealed Caylee's body somewhere. But there's no cause of death in any of the evidence.

I totally agree. A good defence lawyer gets his client the best result possible, and in this case, 10 years or less would be a great result. I think that won't happen for Casey, as I think JB wants the press re taking this to trial.

I think they want to figure out how, when and where she died and how the body was dealt with. And, I did get the feeling that we will find out that they are also looking at at least one other person in relation to playing some role in it all (and I don't think they mean Cindy or George). IMOO

I have been wondering the same thing.

Now that would make sense and then they'd have a reason/idea of where to search the landfill if they got a hit.

Also Friday, subpoenas were issued to the Anthony family telling them they may have to testify in a trial scheduled to start on November 17.

Now THAT is also some good news. It will be interesting to see how confident they all are, especially George; being ex-LE, with spinning their yarns under oath.

ITA! That is EXACTLY what I heard...

I have always found what was said between the two of them in that call highly suspect. Plus, the "you don't know what my role is" comment. That's when I first thought Cindy might be involved, or at least there was something strange about her. IMOO

Is there a link to Cindy's appearance on the Today show this am?

Needle in haystack, without more specific info.
