I went to bed at 2:00 AM and woke up at 6:00 AM as I wanted to get these videos uploaded. I will take a NICE nap later!![]()
Sending a cadaver dog to a landfill is senseless based on the size of a landfill, and the fact landfills bury the trash.
Trash can be located via a grid and then dug up and sorted, but your talking about a lot of trash! We don't even know if they truck out some of this trash to other state's landfill.

Once again, if you read the body of my posts, you will see that I think that Caylee's future is bleak. I can theorize though, because nobody here is a fortuneteller as far as I know. The evidence against O.J. Simpson was pretty damning also, more so than the evidence against Casey. And they had a body in that case all along. And you know what happened in the O.J. trial. It only takes one juror, one person, to derail the prosecution's strongest charges. It takes just one juror who's conscience might not permit him or her to send Casey away for life on speculation alone.
Suspected murderers end up serving lesser sentences all the time. It's common. None of us knows how this case will end.
Hmmm...no...I read it. I just wanted to reassure people that no cause of death doesn't mean she cannot be convicted and get a Life w/o parole or DP sentence. It, imo, was misleading the way it was stated. And by the way, the chances of Casey doing less than 10 years in prison are not as remote as many would think: LE doesn't have one single shred of evidence that Casey was criminally responsible for Caylee's death. And the DNA likely won't provide LE with a cause of death no matter what else it might tend to prove.
What the evidence proves (so far) is that Caylee is dead, that Caylee died while under the general care and supervision of her mother Casey, and that based on all of the witness statements gathered, that Casey likely concealed Caylee's body somewhere. But there's no cause of death in any of the evidence.
Yes, it has been reported that the original bond was revoked by the Florida agency. The Padillas wouldn't have much say if that agency pulled their bond, if I understand it correctly. It may also mean that Leonard can get his money back.
Lets hope they find her somewhere else, but if they dont find her I guess they will have to look there last resort! Who was the last person that saw casey with caylee other then the grand parents?
I'm just wondering if maybe BH wanted to revoke the bond but did the about face yesterday after talking to JB because he had maybe signed something with Baez stating he wouldnt revoke unless certain things happened first.....maybe even just gave his word that he wouldnt revoke. Soooo.....he got around that technicality by having the guy from Tampa actually be the one to revoke it. That way no one (JB or Anthonys) can come back on him and say "well you said you wouldnt do it unless she was charged with Caylee's death and you did anyway even though she wasnt charged".
I just cant understand the big 180 yesterday by LP. Does this make sense?
Amy stated she saw Caylee and Casey together June 12, 13, or 14th, of what I recall.
