I wonder if part of her bond revoked wasn't so much LP but her not following all the conditions instead. (ie: talking to a child online?). Either way, it was nice to log on here and find out her butt isn't moving from that cell - pray for many many years to come.

for the arrest in the first place, I think he is trying to state for the record that he tried to surrender his Client and had already stip'd to PC, therefore the whole driving on the lawn arrested by 2 homicide detectives was say, a bit much.. Stating for the record, I do not think that will be the last time this house needs lawn doctor.

What Baez said is that he would stipulate to there being probable cause for this arrest...and the hearing officer cut him off and told him that the JUDGE already found probably cause when he issued the warrant!!!

Baez got his hat handed to him!

The FL bond co. revoked it this morning from what I understand, not LP

Right after Casey's hearing -- they went on to other cases. They had a video feed from Oceala County and quickly cut to a room full of orange-suited men waiting for court appearances -- I mean a room full of BAD LOOKIN DUDES!! The way it was cut it kinda looked like they were in a theater watching the Casey hearing. hahah. Like something out of an airplane movie.
