Hi all. This is my 1st real post here, I'm a long time lurker. I have followed this case since the story broke. I appreciate WS's open and respectful exchange of theories, ideas, and opinions!
On the car smell - Without being too graphic, here's my idea: Compare in terms of several ounces of an organic fluid spilled in a car (such as raw meat juice or milk). As the fluid ferments in the closed hot car, the scent develops and soon permeates the interior - add humidity and... well, yuck. Early on, decomp juices wouldn't smell good, but would not necessarily be overwhelming. Several days of aging in the car would result in the horrible smell described the tow employee, et.al (at various times).
I'm no expert in the field, but had a little exposure to dead bodies while working in body recovery for a mortuary. (Nasty work, and I didn't last long!)
Keep up the great work, everyone! I hope and pray for an end to this madness soon!

Welcome! And thanks for your insight.

This was a comment on a utube video I just watched, this is very close to my theory and I think that something like this is what has happened.

I suspect Casey probably did something like:

1. Took Caylee to one of her wild parties.
2. Left her in the car to sleep while she went partying.
3. Got home around 3-4AM and thought she could just let Caylee sleep in the car.
4. Casey didn't wake up until 2-3 in the afternoon, Caylee died from heat exhaustion in the car.
5. Casey freaked out, and either buried her in a shallow grave, or dumped her in a trash bin.
6. Couldn't stand being in the car and abandoned it.

Just a thought.Sad

Ok, this is from this morning. Home confinement is on there as well as another hold. Last night, the home confinement wasn't there but whatever.

Last nite her bond had not been endorsed by the bondsman, she was only being held on the new theft, uttering a forgery charges. Apparently around 1am the bondsman revoked (endorsed) her bond and now she is being held on that with the same conditions of bond (if she posts one) as were imposed previoulsy.

Devorahhh

thas what I was wondering..theres a white truck parked outside the Anthony house right now.

Oh...it just left...was there for a few minutes...

Probably told them the could not close off a public sidwalk like that. That is not owned by them once the sidewalk is installed. That is a public right of way and cannot be closed off.

So the whole complaint from Cindy about no warrant is unwarranted. LOL
Nothing Cindy complains about is warranted IMHO. I mean, come on!!

What kind of a person steals there friends checkbook and writes checks with it.
I think this is why people think she was on drugs. Usually the only folks that do things like that are desperate. She didn't write the checks for necessities.
Girl's got some ISSUES. IMHO

Sorry Blink - I didn't finish my thought ... LOLS

I also think Caylee and Casey could have left the house the night of the 15th or early hours of the 16th but am not sure where they went at that hour other than driving around or parking somewhere to sleep in the car. It's possible they stayed with a friend and that friend isn't coming forward but I honestly don't think that is the case. The other scenario could be Casey left the house without Caylee then came back when the parents were sleeping and took Caylee then. Just some thoughts that have crossed my mind - without the Ping records it's impossible to know Casey's whereabouts during the critical timeframe.

IIRC, Clint thought she stayed with TL that night. IMO

Well since I have been sick I have been trying to catch up. So here is what has happened
1. Casey was emailing and writing letters to that poor little girl who had the vigil for Caylee and then she went into the hospital because of the stuff that came out about the trunk.
2. George and Cindy both think that someone else was in the trunk of Casey's cars.
3. Casey got rearrested last night live on Nancy Grace for stealing and using Amy's checks.

Is there anything else that I missed????? I have been off the computer since Thursday night. TIA

Yeah...George owns the sidewalk

I know I'm gonna get pummled for this... But..

I don't think George knew that the front grassy area / curb area of grass wasn't his property. Considering we WS'ers had a BUNCH of posts related to asking if that is their property or not...

Having globs of media follow you everywhere.. stand outside your home all hours.. protesting...

I'm sure they feel immense pressuer from it all.

Again, I know.... not a popular view.. and I'm ready for the flack :furious::furious: But, I don't think they are too out of line freaking out at all the media at their doorstep.. ( not to mention people setting up chairs and umbrellas on their lawn !! )

I don't even want to think what I would do if people were camped out in front of my house like this..

Again.. IMO :):)

I think something happened to Caylee, she buried her in the back yard, had second thought a day or so later then put her in the trunk and rode her for 2 weeks then the car started smelling on the inside but not the outside so she parks the car throws caylee in trash, leaves keys in car hopeing someone will still it and the evidence will be gone. What you fellow websleuthers think?

Triangulated cell phone pings can apparently place the cells location within 100 yards. There was no reason for Casey to be in the woods by the airport. TM and his folks are good at what they do. If she is there, she will be found.
I know they search on horseback and atv's and have all kinds of sophisticated equipment, do you know do they bring in cadaver dogs as well?

"If he got a phone call saying that they'd kill him if he didn't repost bond, then he needs to put Cindy on call-block."

That was pretty funny Quick Attack! I can't even imagine why they would even consider bonding her out again. She had her chance. Wonder if she'll accept visits from family? The poor grandmother, I mean Cindy's mother, never hear from her, she must be sick over the whole thing. At least she knows it does no good to talk too much.
What would be the point? According to the Today Show, all they did was talk about why people aren't searching for Caylee. Seems like that's old news and not worth the drive there...

I live outside the USA. Where I live, witnesses in a case cannot be in the courtroom during a trial until after they have given their evidence. Is that the case there? If so, it will be very difficult for Cindy & George being cross examined without prior notice of what the evidence was and they will seriously be exposed as liars. IMOO

I would HATE to be living in this neighborhood right now!!!WOW!

Yeah, as would I. I'm sitting HERE fuming over that situation with that caution tape. I can only imagine what I'd be doing if I lived THERE. A seemingly small detail, sure, but it was the last straw I suppose, and it's really annoying the pizz out of me. I wish someone would ride a bicycle through it OR SOMETHING!!!
Is it any wonder Casey thinks that she doesn't have to obey the law? She thinks everything is hers for the taking also....gee whiz...imagine that.

Okay, I think I'm done now

I'm sorry if I come across as rude because I don't mean to but I don't understand what you just said. If something was revoked, why would it be endorsed? And why did it not say bond pending this morning and now it does. I am well aware that the bond was revoked in the middle of the night last night. The two items that I posted together to compare was from this morning and from about 15 minutes ago. So, I'm looking at it and it looks like to me that #1 - they removed a hold that was on there and #2 - bond is pending and Al Estes is now endorsing it? I'm confused and am hoping and praying that my mind is just working overtime and she's not really possibly going to be bonded out again..........

People have comment about the tow truck driver not smelling anything. Well, I typed out all the quotes he said about having a cold and could not smell anything, went to post it and thread was closed. So not typing again, but you can read it in Doc. 2, pg. 57

I've finally decided to break down and read some of the 400 pages but I can't seem to find them. Can anyone help? None of the links I've found so far have worked. I get a 404 error each time I try one of the wftv.com links.

Thanks!

I do feel for their loss of privacy... it HAS to be driving them nuts....

BUT ...legally he is not allowed to rope off property that is not his own....

Congratulations to both of you! I really needed news like this -- two new little lives to be welcomed into families that will cherish them. It is so opposite this case it is a welcome balance to what brought us together. May you both have healthy, untroubled pregnancies and wonderful little babies. Much health, peace and prosperity to your families. Thanks for doing this -- reaffirming our belief in strong, healthy family relationships. Congratulations!

Me Too! congrats to the Rents! The best things about a baby is when you are holding them and you can get your face and nose in their little neck and just get in a good little nuzzle and they kind of squish up. Yes, Babies. Sorry OT.
