George put that tape up because he fertilized. He was wrong to rope off the sidewalk and swale but he did anyway - prob thinking because he fertilized he could. Sometimes people do put up little signs about fertilizing because of the chemicals and such - you can burn your lil tootsies. So I think that might be his thinking about why he "could" put up that tape.

As far as the case and the forensics - I think that they are back and they are conclusive that it was Caylee in that trunk and she was deceased. However, LE HAS to tie Casey to that in order for ANY charge to stick. IMO that is what they are working on now - tying Casey to that body or decomp or something. Wonder what became of those pants? Did Cindy ruin any forensics that may have been on them? But LE has to tie Casey to it all before they will charge her.

Ok, so this helped me understand it a little more although I don't know why the word endorse would mean revoke but that's just me.
ETA: I'm now assuming that endorsing it means that they are signing it over, like endorsing a check or something along those lines? That's the only way I can figure it out. So Devorahh, I understand what you were trying to say now.

I don't know if this is it...but when you turn a check over to the bank, you endorse the back...signing the check over to the bank. just a thought

George has the car parked over the sidewalk, which is also not legal. I would say I hope he gets a ticket, but his reaction would be less than calm and I'm not sure I want to see George arrested for something like assaulting the officer that tried to ticket him.

You know... even IF George was confused over who 'owned' that small piece of property, it's STILL incredibly stupid to take a stand over a few feet.

IF people were blatantly on their front lawn... creeping closer to their front door, the LOGICAL course of action is to call police & ask THEM to come ask the people to back off.

If this family is incapable of dealing with STRESS, they should stop giving people REASONS to provoke them.

Does ANYONE in this family think of consequences BEFORE they spring into action? (Besides Lee, I mean)

It struck me that if LE has been leaking details of the case to make CMA look bad, couldn't JB have "leaked" details to exonerate Casey to return Caylee and help his client out?

Probably told them the could not close off a public sidwalk like that. That is not owned by them once the sidewalk is installed. That is a public right of way and cannot be closed off.

See. what gripes me is the Anthonys know by now what the law is concerning trespassing. So the Anthony's are just goading people by putting that tape across the sidewalk. Someone, be it a reporter or protester is going to cross the yellow tape on the sidewalk which is legal to do but GA or CA is going to have a "showdown" with this person on TV. I see it coming and I am not even psychic.

I just caught a clip of wesh news online - searches being conducted on horseback, atv's, air boats. The Anthony's are cosidering filing a civil suit against OCSD over the rearrest last night.

IMO no - they have to have some evidence - forensics, fingerprints, fibers, hairs - SOMETHING to tie her to the body

In almost all neighborhoods with sidewalks,the homeowner does not own the sidewalk,but the homeowner is responsible for the up keep of the sidewalk. Around here it's called (right of way) or (county easement).Usually around 10-12 feet.

I was just watching A&E cold case files and they had a case where they used the guy that owns this place he testefied as to how long this person was deceased by the bugs and stuff. you should see this place its like a huge farm with dead people all over in different conditions like clothed or naked.cold weather.heat in the shade or directly in the sun its really crazy...anyways just thought id mention it cause i know there using it for the air samples ..

In Florida Courts, if the rule of sequestration is invoked, then all other witnesses must be outside the courtroom when a witness is testifying.

thank you...i hope they cross examine george & cindy back to back so they don't get a chance to discuss their answers. could be interesting.

Actually, my first hope is that Casey gets a decent lawyer and does a deal. But, failing that, i will be interested to watch george & cindy give evidence.

And yes, if there are people standing looking through your wondows, then by all means, call the cops...but this is just attracting more attention...which is what this family does best!
