"slap defense attorney's around"

Yes, that last GA bit was vehement, wasn't it?

Indeed! The last time she was on the panel for JVM's show, another panelist questioned whether she "had a heart beating in her chest."

She's definitely tough, that's for sure.

I do like her take on slapping defense attorneys that waste tax payers money. Back up a notch on the scale

I've changed my mind about this woman. What is she talking about 'George faking mental illness' so he can't testify in front of the grand jury? He's already done so.

She's on a roll, isn't she?

She was talking about the possibility that Lee will be subject to Grand Jury proceedings in the near future.

Yeah, I changed my mind, she's not ill, SHE'S RIGHT! LOL

DL talking about the TES search. The water was knee deep on him when they were in the remains site area the time they got the ATV stuck

  • #27
I think she's talking about a different detective, not Melich. But I don't know for sure.

Wendy Murphy is pretty intense.

For those not listening:

Murphy posits that George Anthony's suicidal overtures were likely motivated by his desire to avoid testifying against Lee if Lee's potential involvement goes to the Grand Jury.

ITA. I think GA was convenient in his actions.

And I prefer her to "tell it like it is" than the GR, NG, GVS *&*((*$# that we get every night.

Well, yes, that's a good idea.

She's also against defense exploiting, shaming or criticizing people like those who search with TES.

She's growing on me

LOL, I've been accused of having no heart AND ice in my veins. No wonder I like her.

Wendy objects to the premise that because Caylee was not found earlier, KC is innocent.

How body was found is irrelevant to evidence of guilt

  • #32
David states that TM believes the body was at least partially buried, as the area would have been dry at the time of the crime

  • #33
I'm glad she understands the meter reader being in the area doesn't make KC innocent.

  • #34
Wendy, "Stop talking about how the body was found and keep eye on the ball that Caylee was in the trunk."

David concurred.

"Baez doesn't have the experience. If KC loses, she will get an appeal"

  • #36
David thinks Casey will get an appeal because of the lack of experience of Baez....

  • #37
I think Baez is the reason he is on the case - great possibility for appeal because of his incompetence. He knows this and he's told KC this, too.

  • #38
LOL not going to repeat her words...
Just giving her a hand well deserved! She should be a reporter interviewing Baez!

Wendy: "Defense bar free to engage in nefarious ... misleading tactics... anything goes strategy is ok. It's all CARP!

Pros has said almost nothing publicly... defense whipping public into a frenzy."

Basically, Judge S. said, "Sh*t *p."

OK, I don't agree with everything at the beginning of the show, but I love how she shoots it now.

Paraphrasing: Says judge should have said "shut up you stupid idiot" to Baez.
