I don't think it was a matter of not to ever bring her again. Just not having there constantly. It was party central. No doubt he did the right thing by saying this. At least he was thinking about Caylee.

Oh, I totally agree HE did the right thing. But I DO think when he told Casey to stop bringing Caylee over so often, it made her feel backed into a corner and desperate. She wanted to be over at his place every night, or as often as she could pull off, but she knew her mom wouldn't watch Caylee for her every single night. She so badly wanted to be a part of the "life" that TonE had, that him telling her not to bring Caylee over all the time basically pushed her over the edge and gave her the motivation to kill Caylee. She just figured she'd lie to her mom about it for a while, then it would eventually fade away, like it had every other time in the past. IMO.

She should have signed her rights away. Not sign Caylee's life away.

Then, whose was the corpse in KC's trunk? How did A family female-line DNA get into the body fluids, to the exclusion of all other? If Caylee is alive, which female A is dead? And, how did the death band get into Caylee's hair? What corpse did the dogs alert to in the A's yard? Why did KC buy a pizza on the 19th and dump it onto the corpse in the trunk, then keep on driving?

That "adoption" dog don't hunt, honey.

Now I know this is far fetched, but could Caylee have been adopted out and not dead? I swear something just occured to me. A week or so ago, forensic expert, Dr. Michael Baden was on TV. He was discussing the Caylee case. He said chloroform will cause a miscarriage. Could it be possible that this is what Casey used the chloroform for, had a miscarriage, but it in the trunk, not Caylee? Have I finally gone over the edge with this case?:waitasec:

She hadn't worked in 3 years.
She was stealing from everyone she could.
Caylee was learning to tallk and have conversations.
Her friends were catching on to her lies.
Dad was sure onto something going on.

At what point do you think she said EF-IT. I can't handle this anymore. I want a new life. I want to start over. It's like she just kept getting closer and closer to that edge then over she went.

What was the breaking point?

I beleive KC thought that just by concocting this story, stalling as long as possible, that everyone would have just accepted it. She believe she would be the "sympathetic" figure that goes on Today show and has everyone feeling sorry for her. She would have a new life, and freedom and fame and noteriety as well. She just didn't think it all the way through.

Interesting theory. I actually wish she had done that. But I'm guessing that at this point, she'd have said that's what she did. Why spend the rest of your life in jail, possibly, if you just chose to give a child up for adoption? There's nothing illegal about that, and she certainly would not still be sitting in a jail cell.

I've seen conflicting accounts of what was said to KC about Caylee at the Sutton apt. Just how discouraging were those remarks?

Signing her over wouldnt allow KC the win . She showed CA who was really in control . One facet at the root of all Cluster B's is pathlogical envy . They want it all - none for you. Caylee being the baby wasnt acceptable - KC was the entitled baby needing CA attention time and money not snothead . Cold sick and irrational but definitely there. Envy is a evil taskmaster.

Obviously when I speak of mental illness it is just my opinion based on living with it, being raised in a home full of it and what I have learned (through therapy, self-help groups, reading and research) on my road to wellness so you can take this for whatever it's worth to ya..

I think Cindy was already Cindy pre-George and I think George was already a weak, beaten down man pre-Cindy.. I think subconsously their inital attraction to one another had a lot to do with those two facts. Some women need a man to control, some men need to be controlled.

I have read about this and some men even take abuse.

Any remark would have set off a firestorm ---- they react all out of
proportion to the supposed offense .
It would have severely enraged her - how dare someone not be honored to take care of Caylee - a refusal to be of service to KC would
not have gone over well - Not complying was keeping KC from
having what she wanted - this is a narcissistic injury and the
aftermath that follows isnt pretty

Its not called a disorder for nothing

Has anyone seen this profile for KC? Quite interesting.

http://crimsonshadows.net/content/view/168/140/1/1/

Thanks for the link. Yes, it has been discussed. Russell is a member here and discussed the profile with us awhile back.. it's interesting reading if you want to search in the first Psych profile thread. I believe he still follows this thread so ask away if you have questions for him!

I came across this article today, so I thought I would post it for those who may be interested in reading it & look at the links that are included in the article. It does refer to college age adults which I know KC didn't attend, but found it interesting.

1 In 5 Adults Has Personality Disorder
POSTED: 8:38 pm EST December 1, 2008
UPDATED: 9:51 pm EST December 1, 2008

<snipped>
The disorders include problems such as obsessive or compulsive tendencies and anti-social behavior that can sometimes lead to violence. The study also found that fewer than 25 percent of college-age Americans with mental problems get treatment.

The article also says that counting in substance abuse, about half of those surveyed have signs of a psychiatric condition including students and non students. There was another article linked on the page about lower IQ kids being at very high risk of developing one of the major mental illnesses by age 32. This one didn't apply to Casey since she was very bright, but she could definitely fit in with the 1 in 5 young adult personality disorders.

I wrote a psychology paper in college wherein I took every percentage and statistic offered and came to a conclusion that something like 120% of population suffers from a debilitating mental disorder in one form or another. The statistics and raw numbers were pulled directly from the text book the course and professor used.

We are all bananas.

That's funny...:)

If we are all bananas
Then Casey must be...a peeling
as opposed to appealing...hehehe...:waitasec:

After almost five months of the Casey Anthony case I'm fully convinced of only one thing and that is Casey is without a doubt, a walking, talking, textbook definition of a Sociopath.

Remember when CA was telling the agents that KC was always so helpful to someone in need? I thought yeah right, she views someone in need as an easy target and her next victim. Below is a quote from your link:

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Psychologist Reviews Videos Of Casey Visitations

"Licensed Winter Park psychologist Kathleen McHugh said there's a lot to learn about the mother from the recorded jailhouse visits. McHugh said it's obvious that Casey's goals are not the same as her parents'. Cindy and George talked a lot about Caylee whereas Casey moved many of the conversations to how she was feeling and seemed very self-focused."

KC actually laughed and cried when her parents directed care and concern for her well-being in jail. When they talked about Caylee, she was unemotional and at times, even bored. Then when they discussed the amount of the reward to find Caylee, KC was only able to think about how that reward money would help her post bond. True sociopathic responses, IMO.
