Wow. After listening to the tapes all I can say is, LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE!!

I can't believe the lack of emotion. She doesn't sound sorry her daughter is missing. The only emotion she shows consistently is irritation. She sounds angry. She was only in tears once and that was after one of the investigators told her that he thought she had killed Caylee.

Did anyone else pick up on the fact that one of the investigators said that GA and CA had been calling him throughout the day and they thought Casey was lying?

Another thing that strikes me and has since the transcripts came out is how she can remember every place that ZG lived and the correct spelling of a somewhat difficult name but can only remember that her birthday is "sometime in September."
Your friend of 4 years, who watches your daughter? And all you can remember is that she was born sometime in September?
Yeah, okay.

The birthday thing is not really that big a deal. I can't even remember when my mother in-laws birthday is. I know it's in March. I can not imagine not being in tears during this interview. How do you sit there calmly?

I am beginning to believe that there is some severe mental disorder going on... She tells lies that you would think she would know that could be easily verified...my two year old does better lying than this!
She must have a very low IQ or be seriously mentally ill although capable to stand trial. If I was BAEZ I would use that as my defense and hope for mercy from the jury. She is not all there and at times I felt sorry for her. It's inconceivable that a fully functioning adult would think to tell such silly lies. Something is very wrong here.

there definitely is something very very wrong with her and it's really disturbing-she feels nothing she doesn't care and maybe never will

She actually stopped refering to work after she got caught at universal. She just keep saying she drops her at the steps.

That's what I'm saying , WHY WHY WHY didn't they hound her as to WHY she needed to drop her off???? Ask why she needed to drop her off and you will not find an answer and it will crumble in front of her!

Wow her descriptions about not ever hanging out or meeting ZG friends - is so ridiculous. She gets so deep in detail about ZG's dating habits is so ridiculous.

By the end of the interview she is laughing and the lies are pouring out easily because John Allen?? is not yelling at her. Nothing he asks is answered with any concrete info.

She doesn't know ZG friends because she didn't want Caylee around them.
She doesn't have emails address for ZG
She is not sure about this and that.

That park is def a possibility.

And now the detectives decide to shift gears. He is supplying the rope and KC seems so pleased someone is listening to her story. BUT.....she is hanging herself instead of pulling herself out of the hole. Hey! Maybe that's what she used the shovel for......

The lack of tears and sadness are bad enough, but the lack of anger is almost as disturbing.
If my child were ever kidnapped (please Dear Lord, no) and someone were accusing me of hurting them, LE or not. I would be going insane. Slamming my hands on the table, screaming crying, probably throwing chairs as I vehemently denied every word.
i admit, I am not the queen of self control, but still, I think a lot of people would react the same way. It's like there is no emotion from her whatsoever over anything. Not Caylee or herself.
I am curious, if someone slaps her do you get real emotion then, or just a flat, monotone, "Ouch, that hurt."
