It is only recently though, during the first week of Caey being out on bond that Casey now introduces to Rob and Leonard about this script. Why now, why not before? Was this something the Anthony's put together during the time Casey was at the house the first week? This all came out of the blue.

Agreed. They wanted Casey out of jail so bad in order to plot another story with her. They knew that her story about Zanny wouldn't fly and they knew that they all had to have the same story. This wasn't possible with Casey in jail. Sure enough, the story changes when she is released from jail. I will have to go back and try to find other statements they've made that changed once Casey got out of jail.

TES called off its search mid-day saying it was too wet when searchers reported it wasn't, and the search team was very emotional later on. Some of us here think they may have found remains or other evidence of Caylee and haven't announced until they do forensic testing.

I don't know where you guys are getting that the searchers said it wasn't too wet, but I for one was on a search that was nothing BUT MUD. I left covered in mud up to my shins and some people up their waists! I think it just depends on which area people searched in. I'm sure some areas searched were dry...ours however was NOT. The area we were in was not normally a "wet" and "muddy" area, but the rains from Tropical Storm Faye had left it still flooded. So maybe there were other areas they felt they needed to search but couldn't until the water went down.

She sounds very intellegent. She uses words like "honestly, actually, etc." in a way that says "I'm lying through my teeth." I have a relative who drove her child to suicide. She is a borderline personality. She told me about LAUGHING at him when he told her he was going to do it. No tears, no compassion. That is the kind of empty soul they are questioning. She cared less about her baby than she would have running out of makeup or breaking a nail. Empty. Trying to apply normal thinking to a person with no soul is impossible. If I had lost my child for five minutes I would have been screaming my head off not going to a "neutral" place.

It makes me wonder if Cindy hadn't already kicked out Casey and kept Caylee from her. Maybe Casey snuck in and took Caylee from her parents? Then killed her so they couldn't ever see her again. Maybe that is why they all keep saying the 9th? Could that have been the date that they decided to keep Caylee from Casey? I sure hope the police can piece it all together.

When Cindy met with a therapist to discuss her problems with Casey the therapist probably told her that her daughter is/may be a sociopath. She even advised her to kick Casey out and that is what I think Cindy was in the process of doing. She just didn't want Casey taking Caylee with her and hadn't found a way around that yet.

All Cindy had to do was go to Family Court and try and seek custody of Caylee. Chances of Cindy receiving custody of Caylee were slimmer to none because all Casey did was lie and steal money. Just because someone is a sociopath, doesn't mean they are an unfit parent.

Definitely an odd turn of events but only told by Padilla. There have been no releases from the family on that actual information to my knowledge. If it is true, according to the family lawyer - the public is not to be told of any leads or of any information to finding a live Caylee because LE told them so. The release of these tapes tells me quite the contrary. I don't believe LE is advising anyone in this family to keep their mouth shut to the public about a live Caylee. That is a figment of the lawyer's imagination. I would hope someone could verify that outrageous claim.

It is right before he mentions her being in a dumpster or decomposing: She says that she has not seen her daughter since june 9th - she says this about two times - he then freaks and said something like --"When you say you haven't seen her since june 9th, that may be true, when you say that it may be true, but I am not asking that - I want to know what you did - where is she -....and he continues on.

Is that what you are looking for - he basically calls her out on her statements that may be true, but that don't help and he doesn't believe.

She then says - I don't know what happened to her and he screams YES YOU DO. Where is Caylee? Where is Caylee?

And Cindy is the last confirmed person to have Caylee on July 15th. However, anything said regarding June 16th has ONLY come out of Cindy and George's mouths. Cindy with "I heard them in the bedroom". George, I saw them at 12:50 PM. But no one talks about the morning of July 16th regarding Caylee.

This is my first post, so please be kind. I have been a lurker for quite some time, and this case just leaves me shaking my head. After listening to the tapes I have realized that this woman is good....how can she keep it together while being blatantly confronted with the fact that she is a liar? Her unwavering tone and capability to hold up under that kind of pressure, leads me to believe that she will never, ever talk. She sounded almost cocky in a way. Just wish we could see her face while they were interrogating her! My daughter will be 3 next month and I find myself hugging her extra hard every day.

I have a 5-yr old daughter and I've also been so touched by Caylee

I dont sweat the small stuff like I did before, Thanks to little Caylee Im
a better mom!

She said "Not right now" (i.e, living up to her expectations.)

How sad..I am starting to feel some compassion for the GP's again..I just do not think they realized what KC was capable of..

The whole time I listened to the recording, I had to imagine that ZG was really Cindy.
When would be the last time that KC saw Caylee with Cindy. Anyone here tried subbing Cindy for ZG and see what dynamic evolves. Cindy does say that there is some truth mixed with the untruths and would KC ever admit it if her mother took Caylee away from her under threat? Cindy then becomes Nanny all along. Kind of fits.

The 30 day script story etc., was only told to BH Padilla and Rob during trips to the lawyer. BH Padilla and Rob have no access to the Anthony's.

I believe BH Padilla and Rob far more then I believe the Anthony's at this point.

When NeJame spoke about LE telling the Anthony's about not speaking to the public etc., etc., I knew he was blowing hot air. It was NeJame who has told the Anthony's not to speak to the public. When the Anthony's stopped speaking with the media was in the same time-frame NeJame came into the picture.
