At what point does she become a habitual violator?

Ohhh wait a sec, does FL have the "three strikes you're out" law?

If you look at this link you will see she is wearing rosary beads and not just a beaded necklace. I also agree with the others - this is the first time I have seen her scared - or rather look a bit vulnerable. I wonder what has changed this time around....

Thanks for that, it took me a very long time to pull the mugshot up. We are changing ISP, and for several days now pulling up anything has been nearly impossible for me. I am glad though my ESP is still working, I did think "I wonder if those are rosary beads" This could be staged by JB to make her look vulnerable OR the psych side of me would say she is very remorseful and has convinced herself that God will understand her situation.

Isn't it after the third convicted offense? I'm pretty sure you have to be convicted to be a habitual. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Reposting image for observation...

Her face looks a bit more filled out than it did before. Mommy is feeding her very well, it appears.

I find it interesting that all the bond amts are -0- on these new charges. LE has standard amts they can use,but they arent?? Interesting.

I think that stuff took time to show up last time too.

Gee, I am really out of the fashion scene. Is it common nowadays to wear beads with a t-shirt or is that another scene of her instability?

rosary beads are very trendy right now.

LOL That or it's taking a while longer for her to remove the big sunshades.

:)

At least Casey will have to go through the booking process, then have to strip and shower in front of a female corrections officer, AND be deloused, then shown to her own private little cell!

I find comfort that she is having to go through this ordeal!

(this case has made me a mean person where Casey is concerned!)

We're not going to be able to have a civil conversation or discussion if you want to quote things that aren't fact. :)

A lead investigator told WESH 2TV’s Bob Kealing that lab results do indicate that it was Caylee’s dead body in the trunk. They also confirmed that the stain in the trunk wasn’t what had this come to this conclusion. Apparently it was the strands of hair that they thought were Caylee’s to begin with that showed signs of decomposition. The tests thought did not show a probably cause for how Caylee’s body ended up in the trunk. The investigators are still investigating that.
Orange County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. John Allen said, “The information we’ve gotten back from the lab that she was in the trunk of that car and that she is dead is certainly something we take seriously.”

:furious:

She is wearing the rosary! As a Catholic, I cannot describe how sickening that is to me. The rosary is not jewelry! KC mocks everything, though. Even the life of her child. So, why am I surprised that she'd also mock Catholics?

I despise her.

If that is the same necklace she had on the other day, it has a locket with a picture of Caylee in it.
