Casey's Diary Entry for June 21st & Missing Pages #1

There were a LOT of pages torn out between the page which said 03 and the page in question. She also could have gone back after she had first been arrested and put that there to make it look innocent.

The closest thing I found was the notation about the "two handwritten notes" (item #43, p. 34) that were found in Caylee's bedroom, upper left drawer of chest.

Didn't one of the news stations report that the diary was 14 pages? Maybe that info will be in the next release of documents.

When she left it at the A's and was dragged to jail, Caylee's body had not been found. She prob felt pretty clever and safe 'cause of her code writting?

My observations, which are likely repeats of other's....

1. The diary is missing a lot of pages between the two shown as seen by the page remnants in the spine, and as implied by a seemingly few number of pages between the cover and left page as well as the cover and right page.

2. The penmanship is different between the two. Obviously, the left page is printed and the right is cursive.

3. In the left page image one can see four colored pens beneath the book, including one that appears to be pink and may be the one used to write in this book.

4. The diary certainly is not a school yearbook as can be seen by the cover, but it was photographed on top of the 2001 yearbook (last image).

You are. If the rumour is to be taken at all seriously, the snippets that were posted as part of the 14 pages lean more towards premeditation.

You make sense but the rumour I heard was 14 pages of entries, some very derogatory about Caylee. It was definitely discussed in this thread where it was found. I'll go back and have a browse.

The R's and S's are different in the 2 comparative things - Journal to writing of the "name"... while the a's are similar, the r and s are completely different and this seems consistant thru out the writing. While, this could be intentional, if she didn't think enough to get rid of the matching heart stickers, I doubt she thought enough to disquise her writing. I'd lean more to the journal was written several years prior to the "name game" with Tony's last name and her print/cursive had changed over the time. YMMV... just my 2 sluething cents.

I have seen some of it and don't give that any credance, but I still wish there was more real info since it was worth LE taking several photos.

I agree. I high-tailed over to the rumor thread to read it, and didn't think it was crediable. Everything that was written seemed to be taken from snippets out of the doc dumps, and embellished upon. JMO of course.

I have at least confirmed that I did read in this thread that the diary was reported (By holyB?? - foxnews) to have been found in bedside draw. But I wonder where she gets extra info? Same place as NG?

Where does she get her extra info? I can't say exactly because I value my spot here at WS! :crazy: I think the extra information gets pulled out of a certain body cavity that I can not mention without being banned.

Looking at the photos of the left page which has an '03 and the right page that has a June 21 on it how is the prosecution going to use this piece of evidence? Does June 21 refer to June 21, 2003, June 21, 2008 or June 21 of some other year? How or can the prosecution tell?

If there are missing pages in the journal, where did they go?

I wonder what or if the defense team will do with this evidence?
