Casey's Parents May Eventually Face Charges

To try to stay on thread topic here..... what has me pontificating are those vacuum cleaners. What would they (LE) have found at the body site that would indicate they need to check those vacuum filters, gaskets, hoses, etc.? What would have brought the question up that "something was vacuumed"? I think it will be the way the car, the house and the body site are connected.

But - here's something I haven't seen brought up yet. LE took a "tub" it was clear but a "cloudy" plastic - in that tub there were lots and lots of papers. Check WFTV videos to see this. Anyway, could there have been a handwritten "NOTE" (ransom, confession, explanation, diary entry) in that bag? Something that implicates someone else? Does LE need to verify handwriting? This would go along with the kidnapping theory and something so very stupid that only KC would have "thunk" up! Interesting no?

LE also took CA's laptop again last night. If it WAS found that CA's computer originated that email about the hairbrush and her NOT giving LE what they wanted . . . . well that is obstruction and just over the top considering the amount of time that has elapsed now. The washing of the pants they excused but this hairbrush incident - no way.

I have said for a long long time that GA and CA need to be charged. I wonder if the vacuums were for the cleaning of the car. I truly believe that both GA and CA cleaned that car a whole lot more than they let on to. Plus I think that is where the cholorform comes in - it wasn't used on Caylee, it was used to "clean it up".

As for all this hotel debate - the Ritz can offer the security that is needed for them right now and probably NeJame or some other "big wig" (maybe even Geraldo or LK) knows the GM of that hotel and got them the room - comped. IMO it doesn't matter. Saves OCSO the manpower to provide the security and gives the A's a nice place to "just sit and think about what they've done".

My thinking is they may never return. Considering the vitriol I'm seeing here, I'm thinking the protesters may come back, and stay there until one or both of them is charged with obstruction or worse. LA seems to be the only one with any sense, by lying low (odd how his GF was there, tho)

If I were in the prosecutor's office, I'd put the death penalty back on the table and indict the whole family with anything I could, along with any ham sandwiches in their fridges. Then I'd not drop any charges on a single one of them unless Casey confesses in exchange for LWOP and save Orange County taxpayers a boatload of money for a trial and change on venue etc.

Beyond that, I'd try to enjoin any of the Anthony's from profitting from this tragedy in any form, and have any proceeds from any movie or book deals go to the Orange County taxpayers and all other organisations that wasted time in the searches and investigations.

Since it would appear that at least part of this crime they have defended and denied ad nauseum did occur in their home, Cindy's delicate sensibilities are now offended, I'm sure. So, we get to watch them play-out their feelings of betrayal, while basking in the corresponding cash-flow and luxury life-style Cindy feels she is entitled to. Watch as this new act kicks into high gear.

I don't care if they're in the Ritz. In fact, that's a good place for them; there's more security cameras and cell phones in there than any other place around. Nothing like a few more doses of their pathetic, low-life psychodrama and idiotic ramblings, ya know, ya know, ya know, "lying is not a crime."
Anybody got a screen-shot of Cindy giggling as she daintily jaunts alongside reporters right after her first "cameo?" Classic.

This was probably to keep them away from the riff-raff, media and angry protestors. The taxpayers who are footing this bill of the search, TM and the many others that did not give up looking for Caylee deserve a 'treat night out' too I think.

Its really pretty simple. Unless you were in that hotel room, and saw them whooping it up you could not know that they were 'celebrating'. Or maybe you got some exclusive pics of them with their party hats and whistle blowers?( while they were counting their bucket-loads of cash)

Really? Lets look at this:

Your granddaughter's little head with her little hair rolls out of a black plastic garbage bag in the dirt which most likely came from your home.

Your granddaughter's bones are in the same plastic bag and the "mush" that USED to be your living, loving granddaughter.

You find out her head was taped all around with duct tape which most likely came from YOUR home so to keep her quiet while your evil daughter bashed her skull in.

LE gets a search warrant and locks you out of your home until the search is completed. LE told Mallory to leave the premises.

LE goes into your home and takes out 3 vacuums, a cooler, plastic storage bins, 17 boxes of unknown things, pesticide sprayers, pool chemicals, lime, pool parts, all your yard tools, and pavers from your yard, buckets of dirt.

You have no family or friends who will be seen or talk to you because they all know your monster daughter brutally killed the baby and you lie and defend her putting yourself in a position to be arrested for obstruction of justice and lying to the FBI.

I see the most logical thing to do is go to the Ritz, spend $100.00 you don't have because you aren't able to pay your bills now without donations to a bogus fund you set up claiming you want to find that granddaughter.

MY TAKE ON THE ANTHONY'S:

Honestly. I have my prayers for ALL of the Anthonys like I have said before.

Do I feel they are devestated and greiving? Without a doubt.

I can care less if they stay with George & Laura Bush or the Ritz or wherever. And what they eat and where, and with whom.

My issue with the "A" family is somewhere, somehow, after July 15 they went from the "typical" family with deep secrets to a lifestyle of priviledge and notoriety. (notice: not "fame").

They didn't ask for this, nor did they seek it out.

They began to use this horrible event to create in their mind their OWN self importance (remember way back in July when they advertised for a non-paying assistant?)

They believed and probably still do that any media coverage for their Caylee was good.

Somehow, they crossed the ine of reality. They began to feed off the media THE SAME WAY the media fed off them.

Then the "big" media came to town and offered them more money than they have ever seen or had in their entire lives to go national with their statements. Somewhere, at that point, they lost their focus on trying to find Caylee and gave themselves the self imposed roles of "advocate".

They began (check the records folks, at first they both were convinced as their statements show that their daughter had a hand in this) to change their beliefs on who did what to caylee based on the premise that the media was egging them on to go against the grain and to speak out and become even more outlandish. And the $$ being thrown at them didn't help matters.

This fed the public's hatred of them, which fed the media, which encouraged the larger media (LKL, GVS, etc) to want them on their shows. Not because they wanted to help CA & GA. Because they have sponsors to answer to and they knew the "A"'s help sell their shows.

So the "A"'s have become used to this lifestyle, believe they are helping, and become more convinced they are doing the "right" thing.

This has now become full circle with the discovery of the body, the "A"'s IMO really want to just be left alone to grieve. But, they made commitments. And recieved advances based on those appearances.

IMO now they know in their hearts that Caylee is gone and who probably did it. What they thought and were sucked into they probably know isn't so. In fact, they realize they have done a disservice to caylee's legacy by allowing this to become the circus it has.


Thats why they deserve our prayers.

The A's were at the Ritz, confirmed by their new attorney. They went home today. I had to be practically handfed after losing my husband. Sitting in a nice restaurant in front of food while your loved one's skeleton is laying at the morgue is so wrong on so many levels. It can't be justified or downplayed to be no matter how hard some might want it to be.

If I had heard that they finally found my granddaughter in a garbage bag with duct tape over her mouth, I would be climbing the walls with anguish. I would also have to be stopped from getting to my daughter and strangling her. I so agree! This is so wrong on so many levels.

Oh, fer goodness sakes. So they had to go to a hotel because they cannot go to their own home. With their pets. Who cares what the hotel stay will cost them. I absolutely do not believe either one of them are having a good ole time. Pick the battle. This is small stuff compared to what will be coming up.

There was potential evidence taken from the home. None of us know what is was or what it could be until forensics is done with it. The worst case scenerio them is that they will be charged with obstruction in this case. They will be held accountable.

In the difference in demeanor between LP's bag and this find in reaction to KC there is also another change of demeanor with this find from someone else.


It is very telling to me that when LP's team pulled that bag from the river we also get a reaction from CA too. She didn't believe it was the child and was heading off somewhere to a McDonalds to search for a live child. She is angry and defensive and making a spectacle in front of the cameras.

When these bones are found immediately they accept it is her and go into hiding. Seems like they may have known where the body was located all along although it would be hard to prove they knew.

I thought that was a shot from later in the case, when Cindy had just received word from someone (obviously wrong) that Caylee was soon to be home.

You're right, cajun. He did say that yesterday. He's also said he was going to produce a photo of Casey, Caylee, and Zenaida at Blanchard Park, a few months back, so I guess I stopped believing him.

I'll say this, he's a better hotel booker than investigator!!
