Yes, I think they will face charges & they should.

Think about this

George and Cindy get a letter to pick up their "Missing" daughters abandoned car at a tow yard.

When they arrrive their daughters purse is sitting on the front seat & the car smells of death.

George tells the Tow Yard owner "We've been Looking for our daughter & we found her today but we still can't find our granddaughter" (Oh really? - Why did Cindy ask Amy where Casey was then?)

They haven't seen their granddaughter for a month.

A normal person would have called the Police directly from the tow yard.

But instead George drives the car home & Cindy looks through KC's purse for phone numbers so that she can track her down.

Give me a break. Why didn't George & Cindy panic when they picked up the car?

The only reason they called LE is because they had to. The tow yard owner smelled the decomp so they HAD TO call it in.

They also didn't make the 911 call until they had hours to ...Wash Clothes, Vacuum trunks, clean stains, etc, etc

Cindy claims that she washed the pants because they smelled like the car.

So, let me get this straight. Cindy washes a pair of pants that were most likely purchased at Target for $20 because they smelled like the odor of DEATH?

This is a woman who threw away Teddy Bears that were donated to her missing Granddaughter because they smelled of smoke.

Why not throw the pants away?

I think I know why. Cindy could not throw the pants away because she knew that LE would just retrieve them from the trash along with any evidence that was on them.

She also couldn't dispose of them away from the house because the Tow Yard Owner saw them & maybe he even inventoried the items in the car.Then she would have to explain to LE why she disposed of evidence.

Cindy knew that the pants would be wanted by LE. She even made a statement to the effect that "she couldn't believe that LE waited so long to ask for the pants"

Thats why I think Cindy washed the pants........ twice.

And remember, George was a Cop. He knows how to clean up a crime scene.

Sources close to the case told Eyewitness News that Casey's parents, George and Cindy, may someday face criminal charges. Sources tipped Eyewitness News off that George and Cindy Anthony checked into the luxury Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Thursday night.

Meanwhile, Eyewitness News has learned the sheriff's office is looking into charging the Anthonys with obstruction of justice.

Rooms go for about $300 a night at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and sources say they Anthonys had dinner at Normans on Thursday night, where dinner could cost $100 a person. The Anthonys recently hired attorney Brad Conway to replace Mark NeJame.

You are spot on. LE took them to the hotel so that they were away from the house while the search warrant was executed. Who paid? What did they eat? I dont know and dont really care.
Its nice to see you putting your opinion forth. Too many posters have been bullied into silence, and I think we're all big enough to agree to disagree.

We've been so involved with this case from the beginning and emotions are running wild. Its true that we are like one big dysfunctional family here at WB.

The only thing I can think is that upscale establishments can offer privacy and some media protection.

The Days Inn or Holiday Inn, Applebees and Chili's - they're all just very public places.

If they had an appetite, and I can't believe they did, what could be more private than room service??? In a 5-star hotel, no less.

All of the talking head lawyers I have heard seem to think they will not be arrested, even if guilty. I want them arrested for anything the evidence showed that they are guilty of. If they are not guilty of something I do not want them arrested. Being obnoxious for 5 months and lying to Larry King are not illegal.

One more thought. If they are arrested, tried and convicted I think Florida's equivalent of the Son of Sam laws prohibits them from profiting from their crimes. Hence, no book and movie deals once that gavel swings.

IMO LE went above and beyond their duty in just wading through the constant BS that was dished out to them. There were alot easier "outs" they could have taken than the path they chose to pursue. Spotlight or not, LP kept searching. I can find no fault in that. Tim cared enough to come from Texas to search. I can find no fault there either.

Lord knows, I'm the last person to defend the Anthony's, but I agree with Tricia, they were most likely set up by LKL in the Ritz.

As for the restaurant, when I have traveled (usually on business) and had the luxury of staying in a 4-5 star hotel that has a famous Cafe, Restaurant, etc and choose room service, my bills always listed the Restaurant's name (as if I had been there).

Look, I do feel LKL live put them up, probably for last night and maybe tonight. I also feel they can't go home right now...too much activity outside, and probably too much emotion internally.

This is the moment of truth for GA and CA. Who does what? And again, follow the money as to the lawyers and experts;it can't be just for the publicity.

BTW, I luv the prosecutor that spoke today (talk lanky man). He mad mush of Dr Lee and what he would say if allowed to view the autopsy. His fear was for this little child, a discussion by Dr Lee of what he saw, and basic disrespect by using her for tv.

I need to look that guy up, the prosecutor.

But, back to the main discussion, I do think CA/GA were most likely in their room all night, ordered something in, and who knows whether they were able to eat it or not. It's just that the hotel bill lists the restaurant meal by name instead of room service.

The only other alternative I could think of about the Ritz was that KidFinders or their spokewoman put them up. I also agree with you about the hotel bill, having had enough of those myself
