The seizures aren't new, but now that Cindy is claiming Casey had a seizure and Caylee drowned during that seizure, that is considered new. I know, it's odd, because we already heard about the supposed seizures. It's just never had Cindy's backing before now and was never connected to Caylee drowning in the pool before now.

It's a very convenient theory and one that sounds like CA's reasoning- a 7 month pregnancy was a weight gain from inactivity- stealing everything from AH's checking account was a misunderstanding between friends - MOTY award to someone who never supported her child- murdering her child and going out to party for 31 days was a post seizure fugue- it makes it sound almost respectable.... just what CA likes in her perfect soap opera Cindy world. I bet she thinks some suckers will believe her.... Dr P for example.

There was no drowning in the pool; there was no seizure; there was only KC chloroforming her child and suffocating her with tape. Okay, agreed now, the only reason Cindy is doing all this is to make some money; she is defiant towards every reasonable interpretation of the evidence and wants to stick it to the viewers and make some money while doing it. I felt sorry for her before this, but this is just absurd.

It is so clear that the KC is guilty and killed her child.

BBM - Amen. I keep saying that KC 'inherited' her lying from CA. Everything coming out of CA's mouth is aimed at keeping KC from being held responsible for Caylee's death.

I keep seeing this, that it would be hard to fake, but I think some people are missing something. Jesse probably didn't have any experience with seizures. He probably wouldn't know one if he saw one. After all, he was just an aide, as he said. So I'm thinking hospital aide, maybe a candy striper? What are the odds that he ever witnessed a seizure before Casey? I think she could fake it with someone who didn't really know what a real seizure is or never saw one before.

Jesse only described her eyes, her lips, the foam at the mouth, and her being non-responsive. I think all of that can easily be faked. What he didn't describe was some of the other stuff I've seen from people who have actually watched someone have a seizure - spacing out, body movement, vomit, losing bowel control, biting, and from what I know, there's the danger of the tongue becoming lodged in throat and causing suffocation. Seizures are uncontrollable from what I can tell from what I've read. I've never seen one, though. Now, maybe there's a mild kind where not much happens, I don't know. But every person who's described it has described much more activity than what Jesse described, and that's suspicious to me.

Obviously, she couldn't fake out the hospital. It didn't take them long to figure out that there was nothing wrong with her. I think what the hospital did say was only speculation based on what Jesse told them - and again, I don't think he's ever seen a real seizure - that if it was a seizure, it was brought on by too much alcohol and red bulls because that can be a cause of a seizure.

I just think she's a sociopath, and if a seizure got her attention, she would fake it. And she would definitely fake it with someone who never saw anyone have a seizure before, and I don't think Jesse ever saw a real seizure. Probably the only place he ever saw one was in the movies, and those are fake seizures anyway. I'm sure that's where Casey got the idea to do it and how to do it to fool someone who didn't know what a real seizure is.

Or, I could be wrong, and she actually had a seizure. But from what I know about her, I doubt it. The only thing wrong with Casey is her lack of a soul and wanting all attention to be on her. Obviously, she knew if she had a seizure, she would get all sorts of attention, and it worked.

I think Jesse meant he had his "first-aid ticket"? And I agree with you - the hospital apparently confirmed she does not have epilepsy. Having witnessed a number of grand mal seizures, shaking doesn't even come close to describe what happens. Even my poor little Peke had a seizure when she got a rabies shot as a puppy - it was so severe it scared me half to death. Not something a person or a puppy has that you would not rush off to a doctor.

Show me one doctor who has either witnessed one or has some verified tests to prove it - and I'll consider it - but for now it's just more Anthony rubbish.

I guess to CA it's better to have a daughter who has seizures than one who murdered her own daughter. Is this CA stuck in the bargaining point of grief?

It is getting impossible to have any empathy for these two; George knows and says one and one equals two when he is on the stand and then he sits while his wife says this - it is just incredible how these two live with each other, knowing from both sides that the other is lying. No kidding. She picked a bad, bad, BAD lie to go with. So many people have either had seizures or know someone who does - Cindy is WAY out of her league on this one, as this lie has been disproven so fast it's ridiculous. Even the head of the Central Florida Epilespy Association has now shot it down! I bet there is going to be much egg on her face after this show airs if there's not a lot there already. She looks like a total fool now, and I bet after the show airs, their foundation is history.

KC was out on bond twice. If CA does not know for sure what happened to Caylee by now then the State was correct in their assumption. The person who could tell them the truth refuses to because CA is so willing to believe whatever new theory comes down the pike.

If CA wants the truth from her daughter she needs to tell the truth about the night of June 15th and what happened. CA knows the truth and we have pretty much figured out what happened.

Their foundation goals are bandaids on an ever growing malignant sore. They sidestep the issue and throw their hands up and say the answer is "grandparent's rights". Grandparents don't have rights because they are not entitled to them until their grandchildren are found to be abused. Then and only then do they kick in. That will never change. You can't just take over raising a grandchild because you don't like your child's choice of a partner, there has to be a reason and there are already laws in place for reasons to remove a child from their home.

From what we have seen CA would never have had a chance to take Caylee away from KC. Appearances were that KC was not doing anything abusive. So a grandparent's rights law would have meant nothing.

KC must have had seizures two to three times a day according to all the checks that KC cashed in her mother's name. Seizures brought on by shopping, very common. CA said she could not afford to go for custody but she permitted KC to steal thousands of dollars from her. Had CA reported the forged checks KC would have gone to jail and the A's would have had Caylee and by the time KC got out she would have been no longer interested in living with the A's nor taking care of her daughter. She would relish her freedom.

It has to hurt CA to realize how close she came to setting that into motion. One phone call to LE on the night of the 15th would have done it. KC would have been locked up and Caylee would have been safe. jmo

The sense of importance Cindy has that she continues to feel the need to go on television and defend her family is simply disgusting. How can someone not be completely full of themselves and without consequence when they have a mother like Cindy who has a multitude of excuses for every single darn thing.

IF Casey had a seizure while her child was swiming and woke up to find her child dead it would make a lot of sense to call the police and abulance as her seizure caused her to black out. There is NO REASON on god's earth that Casey would need to lie to everyone for so long and rid herself of her precious baby in the woods. NOR is there any reason to go 3 years in prison and then make up further more horrible lies about her father and brother and then PLACE her father at the scene of the drowning and ruin his life.

so my point is CINDY ANTHONY needs to seriously consider treatment for her complete lack of comprehension skills and her complete lack of remorse and her complete lack of parenting skill and her complete lack of the ability to shut her mouth and stop her disgusting parade of self importance.
