I have to agree, this is totally true. Casey was in contact with her mom via text, and even if CA really thought that casey was capable of murder (which I don't believe she did), the ONLY thing she legally could have done was ask for the police or CPS to do a welfare check at "Zanny's" house. Had she done that, perhaps officials may have been curious where this baby was sooner, her body may have been found sooner, the mystery of her cause of death solved, and Casey in jail. Or....Casey might have spun her tales for the officials as well, and they would have upheld her parental rights.

How does a seizure explain any of this? KC didn't realize what happened? But Caylee was missing right? A seizure caused her not to notice that, or to report her child missing? A seizure made her duct tape the baby and put her in the trunk? A seizure made her drive around with the tiny body and then dump it in a swamp? A seizure made her make up a kidnapping? A seizure made her make up an accident and made her make up a "theory" about a penis? WTH? Even IF (BIG if) there was some seizure, how would a seizure which she never reported (until she needed a really big excuse) have anything to do with anything? Are we supposed to believe that seizures cause people to neglect and/ or kill their children, or even they do, that makes it OK? She got away with murder. Why do these people need to made up excuses? She's free and clear.

A doctor, bought and paid for by the defense. Nothing, coming from them is believable at this point. Just more lies and excuses. There is no excuse for your child laying dead, in a swamp, for six months, none.

She must know all of that has been checked into, yet she is still lying about it 6 months before the trial. Yet he finds no evidence she is a pathological liar. :waitasec: and takes her word that she was molested. But she signed a waiver that he could talk about anything except the molestation allegation (because GA could sue her no doubt). OK, let's all believe she never faked a seizure. The jail person said he could not provide health records due to HIPPA but had no anectodal knowledge that she had seizures. He would know if she had. It would have been a big deal to get her to the hospital. It sounds like Krop took FCA's non-pathological lying word that she had 6 documented seizures.

I watched Dr. Krop being interviewed on Dr. Drew when he made that statement. He backpedaled very rapidly when Dr. Drew asked for specific medical evidence or if it had shown up during any of her testing.

He had no information to verify what the jail hospital said, or if there was anything to say, and agreed there is no medical evidence to prove FCA suffers from seizures.

He again stated her mental issues are simply caused by "immaturity".

Watching that clip made me feel sick. Their body language is loud and clear. Cindy is so superior and defiant and George is a well practiced helpless victim of life. Poor George, life just happens all around him and he has no idea what is going on or how he could ever possibly do anything about it. :sick: Give me a break. The man is nothing but a well practiced malingerer. How anyone can still think that "someday" he will grow a pair and stand up and tell the truth is beyond me. Casey got her lying, her avoidance of work and responsibility, her immaturity and her manipulation straight from George. Every time he weasels out of answering another hard question by invoking the "pity me because I lost my Caylee" mantra I feel so disgusted.

The real Caylee, the little girl who was alive and had needs and feelings and possibilities and was a special little individual has been completely lost to these people. Now she's just another tool in their sick games. A shield for George, and a weapon for Cindy...I wonder if she ever was anything else to them even when she was alive. Sadly I doubt it.

I've read this thread for the past couple of days without saying anything, sorta thinking what's bugging me would present it's own answer, but I've got to be missing something in all of this.

Why is Cindy Anthony coming out NOW with this incapacitating seizure fairy tale? Doesn't she realize the trial is over? Is she not aware that all the other lies did the trick and got her daughter off? What is she trying to accomplish?

If this crock of crap had any merit, why wasn't it presented during the trial? This angle must have ranked pretty low on the totem pole for defense strategy, particularly in light of some of the little jewels offered up by Baez in his opening statement, instead.

Gah! This is more Anthony Theater. This family tries on excuses like the wardrobe changes on the Sonny and Cher Show, with each being more outlandish than the last.

Sadly, it is another example of how they are all-surface all-the-time. So many examples of how the substance of things was irrelevant to them if the surface appearance was OK! The 31 days of lies, the graduation, the pregnancy, the constant references to FCA's looks in spite of ugly behavior. It never mattered if anyone was healthy or well, so long as they were well-dressed.

The seizures do not make one bit of difference to me. They would not explain her behavior after the fact. Also, if it was relevant, the issue would have made an appearance at trial. There really is nothing that the Anthony family can say now that I would consider a legitimate excuse, since a legitimate excuse would have been employed at the get go. It is that simple.

I think the Anthony family will fire up the excuse-o-matic time and time again, so they don't have to deal with the underlying problems. Dealing with those problems is what would move them toward health, rather than this merry-go-round of dysfunction. The very best thing for everyone would be to speak the repelling truth.

I know CA had a Grandma's right to protect her Grandchild. CA should stand up and admit she failed Caylee and then just go away! But she goes on national TV again and tells yet another excuse for FCA. Seizures ??? I've never witnessed anyone having a seizure but from what everyone who has writtten here who has witnessed one it sounds like a horrible thing to have one and to witness one. I find it hard to believe there is no record of this happening before Caylee "was missing" ????? If one knows someone has these seizures wouldn't it make sense to keep an eye on this person and the child? Wouldn't it make sense to not leave this person alone with the child, especially for "31 days" I believe FCA SEIZURES......more excuses/lies from CA and of course GA, I know what I believe about GA but although I won't watch Dr. Phil interview CA and GA I do very much want to come back here and read about it

You don't have to be a grandparent to phone DCFS or the LE and report the possibility of a child in danger. Anyone can phone in a suspicion about any other child, related or not. Not having grandparent rights is no excuse.

The Anthonys should have done this long before the 31 days, particularly after Cindy's visit to a counselor who advised Cindy to remove Caylee from Casey's care.

The Anthonys also knew Casey's history of psychotic lies, complete fabrications of her life, not counting the multiple horrible thefts including that from her own grandfather's nursing home account. Given the totality of intentional evasion from Casey during those 31 days, including the fact that the Anthonys had never met this mysterious Zenaida, they failed Caylee in once again,being complicit to Casey.

BBM 1 - I couldn't agree more; very simple concept, but also one that Cindy will never comprehend because that would mean she would have to stop selling Caylee out for dollar$ and admit to her role in Caylee's death.

BBM2 - With the recent release of George & Cindy's newest lie of Casey's make-believe "seizures", there is even more reason now not to watch Dr. Phil.

I am a grandparent and when I knew my grand children where in danger I did call DCF. It was a move I had to make because I felt they were in danger. My husband and I got temporary custody of them. It was not that hard but it took a few months of going to court and missing work and money that had to be put out but we did it for their safety and are glad we did. Everything that needed to be divulged to make sure those kids were safe was. There were NO excuses made for DD. NO enabling. Eventually everything worked out and my DD thanked us both. There is no excuse for not calling DCF if you think a child is in danger. NONE

Let's face it. This is all about CA. She does not want to go down history as the mother of that woman in Orlando who killed her child and threw her away like trash and then partied for 31 days. Grabbing at straws. I would imagine this is their last ditch effort to get the American public to believe KC was innocent in Caylee's death. It did not work for us and I would imagine the remaining people who were on the fence will now have no doubts about KC. jmo

BBM. Then I hope Dr Phil asked her and George for the truth about how Caylee ended up triple bagged and thrown in the swamp. Of course they've had plenty of time to come up with a whopper of an answer for that question. Seizure schmeezure.

If this new excuse is for real (LOL yea, right) OCA has a seizure and Caylee drowns in the pool......comes to, sees what has happened...wraps her up in garbage bags and dumps her in the woods for the animals to tear apart. How can George let Cindy get away with this story. She has her hand on him and he sits there like a dummy. She probably leaves marks on him after these interviews. He seemed to miss the loss of Caylee more than any of them and yet he goes along with Cindys lies over and over. Sick IMO :waitasec:

The only way I see George ever really being able to grieve the loss of Caylee is if he leaves that woman and that house. Go, George. Far far away. And never look back.

BTW.......if Caylee really drowned in that pool.......it wouldn't still be in their back yard. jmo
