It would do us well to leave him out of it other than to mention the facts as stated by LE or directly from his family. hint...hint.

i agree. and i apologize. its all one big spiderweb, you know?

I feel like I know you all and enjoy your company now that I have been here every day for the past few weeks, and I just wanted to remind you all of the obvious.... When you ask these "characters" from the charade that is Casey Anthony to befriend you on MySpace, please remember that you are not only being given access to their private information, they are also being given access to yours. I hope that you are being very careful. This is, after all, a strange case. I just don't want any of you to put yourselves in a bad situation.

I'm glad that you mentioned this, BCMom! As a CASA, I have a fake MySpace account that is used for investigating. I never, ever use my real info for things like these.

I believe she said she got her license in 1979 and she is something like a nurse manager (desk job I believe) for Gentiva (sp?).

Thank You Cakegirl.:blowkiss:

If they match the DNA in the trunk to Cayley, it is very damning to Casey, if they can show she was the one that abandoned the car. Even if you go with a "the boyfriend did it" kind of theory, she would have to be an accessory to murder, if she had a hand in the disposal of the body, and knew about it, which she would have had to if she had control of the car after the body was in the trunk.

I hope the press conf. is on early or I will go nuts waiting all day. I hope they have some news.

Bet she's tickled about the attention. If she only knew...

She was none too happy with Cindy that first call from jail, because she told Cindy that she had just saw her on tv giving an interview... so that is a telling sign: so it seems that Casey has direct access to what is going on out there in the media.

but isn't this preemptively rebutting it? they are clearing him before any such contention can be made. it's like when you tell the cops, no no i'll be interrogated without counsel to prove my innocence and then you realize it was a huge mistake. (see: clemens, roger. congressional hearings. 2008.)

That's a very good point! Almost like trying to get it out of the way, so you're not looked at. People do this often. It could happen.

Thanks!

I rewatched that video again with Patrick and I don't think there is anything sinister there or any code for anything. He just looks like a weirdo inserting himself into something he doesn't belong in. She never appeared to know him or know why he was really there. She just seemed to be acting polite and probably wondering why he was there. Maybe after a while she will be glad to have any visitors in jail. It probably gets lonely there.

This makes me ask a question..
Is any ole body allowed off the street to visit anybody of their choosing? No visitors list and approvals?

I can't figure out where Caylee was from June 16th till June 24th, if we are looking at the 24th for a possible date of death. Other than Jesse hearing Caylee over the phone, we have no other sightings of Caylee right? She wasn't at Amy's, or Tony's or anywhere else we know about....yet. Were they staying at the Gparents house? Living in their car? Or was Caylee already buried in the backyard? That's why the phone call statement from Jesse just doesn't fit.

It's a wonder my head didn't explode while reading http://www.local6.com/news/17007926/detail.html -- I need to rant. Feel free to ignore.

Meanwhile, Cindy Anthony appeared on CBS' 'The Early Show' Saturday and said she wondered why so much suspicion is on her daughter and not looking for the baby sitter.
Because most of us have kids, or know people who do, and the vast majority of us cannot wrap our heads around Casey's behavior. Sometimes I wonder if my 3 year old my son and I actually have a bond, but the two time he's disappeared, I've flipped the @$%! out and nearly lost it. One of those times was in our apartment, and I knew he *HAD* to be inside, but still. Another was at Wal-Mart, and like a 45 second thing while I was looking at vacuum cleaners and my husband turned his head. I saw him venture off, and my fat a&* has never moved so fast as it did when he turned down an aisle. Thankfully he was there. If he hadn't been, I would have screamed and made a scene [read: called attention to him missing]. I was a wreck. Meanwhile your daughter wants to be pretend she's some !@#$@$){ up combination of Chuck Norris and Magnum P.I., or starring in a real time episode of Where in the World is Carmen San Diego. Investigating on her own, my 🤬🤬🤬. She was busy getting drunk and running up your credit cards. You write blogs about her jealousy, her lies, her betrayal and the pain she's caused you. I feel for you Cindy, but wake up. You are doing Caylee no favors by clinging mindlessly to Casey here.

"I don't want to jeopardize my granddaughter in any way," Cindy Anthony said. "We are going to honor our daughter's wishes and hopefully we can figure it all out without her betraying whoever is doing this to her."
Without betraying whoever is doing this to her?! Let's assume somebody is doing it to her -- why the hell would you NOT want them exposed, why the hell would you worry about loyalty to, or the wellbeing of, somebody who has kidnapped your granddaughter? Me, maybe I'm crazy but I'd find somebody with a plane and hire them to write that name in the sky every 15 minutes.

And oh lord, don't even get me started on the '20 people with this name thing'. :furious:

The smell of decomp is so bad you'd have to strip a car down to metal to remove it. Casey may have tried to clean the car and gave up. We don't know. In any case, Casey evidently told her BF Tony, that the car had broken down and her dad was taking it to the shop.

that says to me Tone is ruled out as an accomplice after the fact if proven there was one.

who was it that located the jail visitor log the other day? I'm wondering if we can access it again to see who's visited between then and now.

Yes, that was a valid point. Where has Caylee been for that whole month when Casey claimed to live iwth Tony??? What did she do with her after June 2 when she swam at Tony's?? She she hide her in the car? Trunk? How come no one comes forth that watched her? Even after June 2 she went to the parents on June 15 so she was still alive. This case is crazy!

On Geraldo, Kimberly G (from The Line Up) said the police are releasing Casey's police interview tomorrow!! I hope she's not mistaken, this is going to be explosive if it happens.
