Oh no, the page is temporarily unavailable.

Oh, My! :X Thanks for the experience and you were right.

This page is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later.

WHAT WHY??? NOOOO. I WANTED TO EXPERIENCE THE CREEPINESS WITH MY CYBER BFFS.

Is this where we should be feeling paranoid that we're being watched?

Ok...I finally found what I was asking about before...I shouldn't have called it "trial" though...I wanted to know how long they have to respond with "charging documents"...the prosecutor has 30 days from the date of the arrest to file...but if he hasn't filed by the 21st day, Casey's attorney can ask for her to be released on her own recognizance or to hold an "adversary preliminary hearing". Then the state would have to produce evidence showing probable cause for the charges. So I'm thinking the 21st day is right around the corner and Casey could have very few days left in jail. I guess the max she could stay in jail without "charging documents" is 40 days. Well, I certainly think they have enough for the felony charge to stick. If the crime becomes more serious, then they go for an indictment.

Don't forget Cindy has blamed us "the public" also. I saw her once say she didn't care if the public thought she was a B****! We should all be ashamed of ourselves and start looking for Caylee.
Wow! Good thing she doesn't care if we think that, huh?!

liljim, it's apparent that this may not be the crowd you are seeking to discuss this case with. For whatever reason, you insist on arguing...trying to bait others in to an argument - we are here to discuss CAYLEE and this case. PLEASE, stop.

oh im sorry i asked a legitimate question. please, like the others, if my angle on the discussion of this case disturbs you so much please put me on ignore or report my posts to moderators, im sure they will handle it.

i didnt try to bait anyone into anything, i asked a perfectly legitimate question as to why whether the grandfather wears a wedding ring or not is pertinent to this case.

how the heck did you get so worked up over me simply asking "why would it be discussed?"... what is so inflammatory about that question?

PLEASE, stop... criticizing me for legitimate questions and put me on ignore if you cant handle conflicting opinions and debate.

Weird. It appears it's been pulled of the front page of fox orlando. And I don't see it anywhere on their site now.
HOLY MOLY!! Who would have threatened a lawsuit over that??? Or is this case making me "extra" paranoid???:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

She saw it from the moment she picked up the phone and said "It smells as if there has been a dead body in the **** car."
It's all about "protect my daughter" she is all I have left." One other thing that has crossed my mind is that there may be a family secret that they are afraid that Casey will tell. I have no idea what it is, though.:waitasec:

yes, i totally agree. i think she is also hoping that if she whines long enough, someone will come out of the woodwork and be like, jesus lady, here is your f-ing granddaughter back. please go back to solely tormenting your own family.

lets keep our fingers crossed...

in all honesty, i dont think she knows what to do. i think she is desperately clinging to something, anything at this point. to let go now would mean accepting that her granddaughter is never coming home. and to do, she has to inger that her daughter is a murderer. so really, not pleasant any way you look at it.

I love my daughter with every fiber of my being...but if she was involved in something like this I think I would not act like this. I would tell my daughter "Tell me the truth, and quit the BS..how stupid do you think I am??":furious:

It's back up. Or maybe it never left. lol. Traffic may have bogged it down. I was afraid they were gonna edit it or something.

Someone should save it just in case??

On the vigil video, Cindy should have been a bit more gracious, in my honest opinion. When asked if she was surprised about the two churches coming out, her reply was so flat and matter of fact...almost like they owed her to be there. "No, I am not surprised. This is what this is all about. The community coming together to find this little girl.", she said.

Would have been a good time for her to have at least pretended she was grateful! Sheesh! I guess she will be really surprised when no one else shows up next time!

I noticed that. Are you sure they didn't edit it?

Casey's words on the phone call with Christine the other day that others have highlighted struck me, as well. About is she telling the whole truth and Casey asks something about, "That I don't know where my daughter is? Yes" or however exactly it was phrased (I know what struck me was her being specific that THAT was what she was being completely truthful about ~ whether that's an inadvertent admission that might be the only truthful thing or not we obviously don't know)

Then there's also been a lot of discussion about Casey very specifically saying Caylee was missing for 31 days (then how that does/doesn't fit with the original and later dates) and about the fact that the Zanny name rolled right off her tongue.

The latter two struck me as almost very rehearsed. She was so nonchalant in the call and didn't hesitate on those two details. While it might be because they are both true (that it'd been 31 days and that Zanny is really known to her) I almost wondered if she'd been practicing with someone. Perhaps a someone who might have also been involved, thus opening the door for the possibility that she might NOT know where Caylee is now (as in someone else perhaps did something with what I'd guess are her remains, not Caylee still alive, unfortunately).

Sure she could have practiced on her own, but the odd emphasis in that conversation with Christine have me thinking through whether Casey was being truthful about that one little morsel or if it's another lie. Oh and I do think there may be a real Zanny, though I doubt she's ever been Caylee's nanny. I think it could be stolen ID or someone Casey (or associates) know and were on the outs with or something, and that was why Casey used a name, knowing eventually she'd HAVE to come up with a story to SOMEONE about where Caylee was...but that she practiced that in advance...just whether that was alone or with someone who may have had other roles, as well.

I believe I would be clinging to my friends and family, and hoping the madness will stop and bring closure.

Their denial is only going to extend the pain and prolong the healing process.

This being said with the assumption that Caylee isn't with us anymore. :(

I noticed that. Are you sure they didn't edit it?

I watched it again. It doesn't appear to be edited. One thing I noticed the second time around is that the breastfeeding remarking lady is now titled neighbor Holly. Maybe she called and complained for not getting credit and they had to fix it. lol.

The one thing that irks me is it sounds like the chant began as bring Caylee home. They Cindy loudly changes it to OC police bring Caylee home. Everyone kinda stutters to catch up.

Exactly...I would say the same thing...while holding the waterboarding stuff and setting it up. They can wait until afterwards to arrest me for Assault and Battery on my child. :furious:

Well, since she is the one who brought it up...and considering the cuss-words Casey throws at her mom...I have wondered if 'the nanny' did take Caylee not to the beach...but to the Beeo*ch. Meaning Cindy had her at the time of her disappearance? Cindy is the last person documented to have been with Caylee, per the Fathers Day video, correct? Plus Casey saying 'What do you mean, Mom, you don't know my involvement...', and Cindy just smirkily going into 'Sweetie...'

Just My Random Opinion, changing daily along with the facts of this case.
