Just throwing this out there. In the other blog someone sent over showed timelines and in one timeline, Casey got a tattoo "Bella Vida" in honor of Caylee.

2nd call is very interesting! Lee is informing her that she doesn't have to go through her attorney, that she can go to LE if she feels she needs to talk.

She also gets to see some TV.

I think the gag order had to do with the videos of family jail visits- NOT phone calls from jail, but I could be wrong!

Soooo does the fact that she is talking to them via his cell mean that she can call him collect on his cell phone? I thought (a few gazillion threads back) that we thought that couldn't happen?

I swear, even her one word answers (yes, no, ok) sound snotty and I want to wipe that smirk off her face! Ya think she was seriously taking down the info on how to talk to authorities directly? I think NOT!!!

I was thinking that IF Casey was stupid enough to involve another person. That person might be the weak link. In order to avoid prosecution. Someone is going to have to turn on someone in this case.
Of course, I expect Casey to blame it on someone else sooner or later. Someone forced her to watch, dontchaknow

I am just about at my wits end with everyone involved in this case. What a messed up family, and what a wishy-washy lawyer. They are made for each other.

Earlier when Fox was talking with one of the detectives in this case he mentioned how negotiations were going on between Baez, Casey and LE. What the heck could these negotiations be other than Casey trying to cut a deal. If she did not harm Caylee why not give LE her timeline during that 31 days?

Now we get this stolen gas can and stolen gas charge against her. Remarkably this police report was done almost 3 weeks before the actual arrest of Casey. Why did this report get released now? Was it part of the negotiations or part of the conversations that she is having with Lee and her family while she is in jail?

I wonder how many other LE calls to the house there has been?

WHERE IS CAYLEE AND WHY IS CAYLEE NOT THE FOCUS OF THIS CASE?????

Eyewitness News found more than 400 women named Zenaida Gonzalez in Florida and it's turning life upside down for local women who share the name.

Investigators told Channel 9 it would take them three months to contact all of the Florida women named Zenaida Gonzalez, but they're not even trying anymore since Caylee's mom can't give them a picture, a phone number or even the address where she dropped her daughter off with the babysitter she used for two and half years.

Who would have thought that Zenaida Gonzalez was such a common name!?!?!

He stumbles on his words and keeps adding "you know" a lot.

I agree about someone having to give - IMO that most likely person would be Jesse given his family's background and connections. I still beieve that this may have been total selfish neglect on her part which she is trying to cover up ie death in a car due to heat exhaustion....imho.....

my caylee is missing

She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don't know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother's love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

jumping in here, i haven't been able to keep up so forgive me if this has been said. It seems to me that CA is the type that lies to create sympathy and a cause for help from others. If her mothers patience was running thin, ie: little sympathy left, I could easily see her a) no longer having a use for Caylee as a means for continued support, or b) using her as a weapon for warfare against her mother such as hiding her and creating more sympathy that had recently run dry. if it is b, it's working. this is such a strange case.
