Where the heck in Orlando would she go to torch anything? Doesn't seem like an area where one would be able to set a fire and not have people notice.

I still think she drove far away and buried her somewhere. If she had put the initial purchase of gas (filled up the tank) with cc, then drove to wherever, and came back and had to fill up again right away...maybe she figured that would look suspicious on the cc bill. With her crazy thought process. LE/Cindy would want to know where she drove that she had to fill up the car so soon. So she needed gas without having to go to the gas station. I realize this is a long shot but the alternative is so bad.

That is what is so strange to me...the minute she gave that interview and just reiterated to no end about the shed being locked...it just sat uneasily for a while. I had a feeling something about that shed would surface.

I wonder if it will pan out...

Yep Yep, absolutely. That's what hit me too. I'd said, on the day we saw that interview, she was covering up something to go into that much of an explanation for something so simple.

Cindy posted on her myspace about the theft. IIRC, she said Casey stole money....lots of money. I believe this was on July 3rd.

I went looking for the July 3rd post again and I couldn't find it there anymore.

IMO, the family is not wanting whatever is on those tapes released. And as far as the gas goes....only one thing comes to mind.

I also wanted to mention, although I did last night too... some things I noticed that may or may not be significant.
1) in the video of them searching the back yard, the ladder was in the pool. Cindy had mentioned before that the shed was always locked and the ladder was always put away...

2) I also noticed George wasnt wearing his wedding ring in an earlier interview. Although they say they are a close family and stable.. they may not be. There may have been alot going on in their family in the months leading up to this.

I think Casey could have carried that weight...two trips.

This whole case is so weird. I'm waiting to see when (and if!) it all falls in line...

and ultimately, as crazy as it is, I'm still holding out hope that Caylee is okay, and that Casey is just nuts.

Or, as I stated above, the funds from the credit cards may have been cut off by the bank upon the GM reportind the theft of the cards and Casey maybe needed the gas to take Caylee's body out of town. When deed was completed, she parked the car, nearly out of gas at the check cashing store. I hope my opinion is wrong, but it is a theory.

BTW, does anyone know if any checks were stolen?
