We know her folks will drop all charges against her for the CC & stealing the car.

I'm not sure the charges (re stealing form her parents) were ever filed. I think that was Cindy's intent when she made the first 991 call, but by the time she made the second call and the officers got there, there were bigger issues with Casey. After lying to LE and leading them on a wild goose chase, LE arrested her on the neglect and obstruction charges.

If the parents had officially filed charges, there would have had to be an arraignment by now (and more bond set), and there hasn't been anything reported about an arraignment.

the bolded part doesn't even make sense. the shovel was borrowed by casey. they called 911 the same day they got the car back correct, or at least very soon after. so when did casey borrow the shovel? between gmom's 911 calls gmom said oh before LE comes would you mind digging up the bamboo or whatever it was.:waitasec:

I know it makes no sense BECAUSE this is what Granny said about the shovel when reporters said Casey borrowed a shovel etc., etc. Granny said the shovel thing was after the car returned. We all know that is not true, JUST another inconsistent statement from Granny!

I also think LE probably has a warrant for Casey's arrest on murder charges IF her family bails her out.

I also wonder if the only reason the family IS talking about working hard to bail her out is because LE asked them to keep her as calm as possible & more open to telling someone the truth? Supposedly they were ready to bail her out on Friday.... why didn't they?

Someone needs to put the fear of God into that girl to make her talk. Even if its the parents refusing phone calls from her.

I've been thinking with the ocean so close to Orlando could Casey of dumped her into the ocean & she'll never be found again? Since the cadaver dogs found 2 spots & alerted LE / maybe she put her in the parents back yard then decided to throw her into the ocean at night? JMO

Cindy continues to impede the investigation, if she really thought Caylee was alive, she would be spilling her guts to LE about everything related to Casey's lifestyle, anything that might lead to Caylee's return. She hasn't been forthcoming with information, the only time IMO she was truthful was in the 911 call. That call was made to try and force Casey to give up Caylee's whereabouts. IMO the focus now is on saving Casey. MOO

Somehow the car has to be handled. If there was ever a body within its confines. Hey I thought it was stolen but its not? What happened with the 911 auto theft complaint over the odor? Doubt that would be a poof, someone has to hold that bouncing ball, ya think? :bang:

I wonder if Casey was helping sell drugs, somehow owed the dealer money, he took caylee as ransom? And so she was out selling pills at parties to pay off her debt?

i think the drug angle is a good call, as half the dudes look high in her pictures. but i was thinking more for a source of income. she was going out all of the time, like 24/7 (looking incredibly slutty, not that i havent ever been there myself, im just saying...). i know she ran up her mother's credit card bills, but she would still need cash; if anything, to pay the infamous "nanny." or at cash bars. or just in general. she hadn't had a job in 2 years. im trying to think if it would be possible to live without any cash for 2 years...

but i dont think it has anything to do with caylee (unless in an f-ed us stupor, casey forgot where she left caylee - like she claimed amy forgot where she put her money - or decided to push her in the pool and then didnt want to get wet). but i dont really see these guys having the patience or prerogative to kidnap a kid. however, god knows everything else about this case has stunned me. so who really knows.

but dont forget about the smell of the car. i always have to remind myself to go back to that... is there any way to explain the smell without a dead body? i really find it hard to believe.

Another good defense question i think. Cindy said the officer's walked past the car not saying anything and she had the car airing out? This would be jun 15th. but how close the officers were or ever got is another question.

That's a good point. I would think they would do this. But I also think the media would be all over reporting about it. It just makes the entire story more sensational and that's what sells papers and gets Web site hits.

Yes, but I just bet that Amy's bank will not drop their charges! Amy said the bank has already replaced the money to her account, and she would have had to have a police report to give to the bank in order for them to do that. I think that the 2 unknown holds are for the 'cash theft' from Amy, and for using her checks - theft of a monetary instrument and forgery. The theft of over $500 in my state is a felony.

Let's hope that the forensics are back and Casey gets charged tomorrow. I just have a feeling - cannot explain it!

Cheko - I so agree with this. Gma's spouting of everything Casey tells her is heartbreaking in my opinion. Gma, Gpa and Lee know something is seriously wrong and they know Casey is lying. Lee so far, is the only to speak up to Casey. I understand Gma's position, she is trying to stay on Casey's good side so Casey will talk, but the bottom line is, they need to hold Casey accountable. They should not be trying to raise her bail. They should not be re-telling her lies to the media and the public. They should be drawing the line with Casey. Talk, tell everything that has happened, everyone you talked to, everyone you saw up to the day the police became involved. Start talking. AND yes, we DO NOT BELIEVE YOU! How can we? We smelled dead body in the car, Caylee is missing, you claim Zannie the babysitter has her, but for all we know Zannie is short for some drug all the clubbers use. Casey - you need to talk! We are paying for an attorney to defend you, but you know what, we are going to pull the plug on him too, if you don't start telling us something that is believable.

I do not the believe the public will contribute to a defense fund if they believe Casey did something to that baby. And right now, there is nothing else to believe. There is nothing to indicate she got mixed up in something over her head or illegal. Only her "clubbing" behavior. Not enough in my opinion.

That's an excellent point. Maybe LE is holding those charges and plans to file them if Casey makes bail, to delay her release. That would add an extra day or two for a new arraignment/bond hearing.

Why would she lie about working? There has got to be angle here to explore. Why would she be so insistent to everyone that she had a job? I doubt she was afraid Tony would tell her mother. Was this a cover for something and if so, what? Prostitution, drugs? Why work "out of the apartment"? She obviously wasn't going anywhere to be up to any shenanigans, so why lie?

I'd bet anything that Casey's family is cooperating FULLY with this investigation & that psychologists, the FBI, LE & Casey's family & close friends have all been working together to figure out the best strategy to get Casey to talk.


I don't think Orlando is that close to the ocean.... but she did have a car.

They may also be using the bank's charges to continue investigating the total money angle and how it relates to the case and /or more charges for Casey. IMO Amy's bank and similar behavior using other accounts which were not Casey's would all be related.
