GPA learned silence is golden.

Have you ever noticed how neatly dressed GPA is in all the videos? He'll have on a nice long sleeve dress shirt and pants with hair all in place...and then here comes Cindy in her tank top/skirt and flip flops.
I'd say GPA has some class...and maybe a little bit of perfectionism/ocd going on.

lol nursebeeme I know...I am just saying I think that shouldn't be a law. I think LE should have every right to talk to her and question her. She is pretty much like off limits to LE like she is being protected. It's crazy. She should WANT to talk to them if she had even one ounce of care for little Caylee she would be handling this whole thing so different... IMO of course!

because Casey is arrested and has retained an attorney... that is the whole reason, I think?????

Compulsive Lying - Pseudologia Fantastica

The defining characteristics of pseudologia fantastica are that, first, the stories are not entirely improbable and often have some element of truth. They aren't a manifestation of delusion or some more wider form of psychosis: upon confrontation, the person can acknowledge them to be untrue, even if unwillingly.

Second, the fabricative tendency is long lasting; it is not provoked by the immediate situation or social pressure as much as it originates with the person's innate urge to act in accordance.

Third, a definitely internal, not an external, motive for the behavior can be clinically discerned. E.g. long lasting extortion or habitual spousal battery might cause a person to lie repeatedly, without the lying being a pathological symptom.

Fourth, the stories told tend towards presenting the person in question in a good light. For example, the person might be presented as being fantastically brave, knowing or being related to many famous people
Like she was smart enough to carry out her OWN investigation?!

Is everyone running on 4 hours or so of sleep a night because of this case? I haven't had one get to me like this in a long time. And there have been so many cases with kids this summer......

4-5 hours of sleep, a pot of coffee.. what else do we need?

Yes, this case is wearing on me terribly. It's a puzzle and one that we know the answers are right in front of us but we can't look yet, due to Noway Jose!

So not bought let's say after July 1st? Was it next to her?

I thought she mentioned beginning of the yr. I'm currently working off a wi-fi data crd. So listening to audio and tapes is start and stop, time consuming. I went through tape twice but wrote dwn notes pertaining on sim crd and who knew about Caylee missing.

He thinks I have lost it and trying to use my phone to communicate through the monitor somehow lol.

I don't see how you can make or force someone like this to do anything they don't want to do themselves. I wonder if Casey will be at the bond reduction hearing on Wednesday and listening to a psych eval will do to her demeanor. IMO, she'll be one pissed off Chica.
SuziQ, you have such an excellent insightful mind. May I ask your opinion on one question that has bugged the heck out of me?

What do you make of Casey's comment that she did not want anyone to show up for her FIRST bond hearing? (as recorded in her phone call from the jail to her brother on the night she was arrested.)

How could she possibly have known at that time that there would be more than one bond hearing? Why did she say 'My FIRST bond hearing?

I keep coming back to these people are reading off of a script. It is puzzling.

Also, another thing that bothers me is IF Blanchard park is searched, and assuming Caylee is well hidden, I don't know how effective cadaver dogs would be, as the press have been reporting that there have been a rash of murders (at least one for sure, we read about today) in that park. Am I correct when I assume that cadaver dogs only detect the scents of decomp, and not individual scents? Maybe they can do both? Of course, then I bet defense could argue that Casey took Caylee to that park to play often thus picked up on her scent, and that the cadaver dogs hit because of the other bodies found.

But I think I'm getting way ahead of myself here.

Okay, I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but with ZG- does Casey really expect Lee, her mother, LE, the COUNTRY to expect that she left Caylee with a sitter whose number changed almost daily? I mean, on that phone call she made it sound like ZG called from a different number each time. Who leaves their kids with a sitter that they can't get in touch with? Didn't Casey ever call her and say, "Hey, I'm on my way to get Casey, have her ready" or "Hey, I'll be there a few minutes late/early" or "Hey, I'm not going to work today, I'll keep Casey with me"

And I really want to hear from Cindy Anthony's mouth that she thought Casey was going to work every day. And I want to hear Cindy justify lying to all of her friends, etc, about still having been employed at Universal. I mean, I'm not rooting for the woman to turn on her daughter or anything, just to tell the truth for a second...and to think of finding Caylee, whatever it means...if , god forbid, she IS gone, she deserves to be put to rest:( I want Cindy to want that for Caylee, too...even if it does mean prison for Casey. Caylee was innocent, and was strictly reliant on the adults in her life to care for her...it's so unfair:(

For some reason it's kind of getting to me tonight... ack, getting emotional...

Well...she didn't even graduate from high school so you are absolutely correct. She obviously isn't the brightest crayon in the box.

Like she was smart enough to carry out her OWN investigation?!

Ok I am gone for the night

But I think after all is said and done, and caylee is found. This family is going to need INTENSIVE therapy, in order to heal from this. And possible inpatient psychiatric care.

Exactly!:)

I meant SS was cornered. With her psycho family, Casey feels like she still has kin on her side. In that way Casey is unlike susan smith. Casey's family is HINDERING THE FINDING OF CAYLEE and AIDING AND ABETTING A FELON (casey) imhoo. If this family would step aside and join LE in questioning this woman on where her daughter is....we perhaps could have another ss...but you are right suziQ...the heels are dug in here in this case, in my opinion, because of the reluctant heel digging of the grandparents, brother and any others supporting her freaking bull sh#t
Hey! Careful how ya throw my initials around, Girlie! LOL

Casey is never going to come clean no matter what they do here. They could stand on their heads, tap dance on the ceiling, and beg until they are blue in the face...not going to happen. If and when they do find Caylee's body, she will try to convince people that it isn't really Caylee. She is no Susan Smith when it comes to lying here. This woman is polished and practiced. It is a way of life for her and she won't change, imo.

O/T: Tell your BIL he should be ashamed for selling that car!!
