I'm not saying there was a kidnapping.....what *if* Casey legally signed the baby away (money might have changed hands) and then threats were made if she then tried to change her mind ?? or started naming names ??

what if "Zanny" took Caylee in the beginning on the up and up, or at least Casey thought it was the up and up and Casey was partying and having a good time (I spent the first three summers of my divorce having a BLAST while my kids were with their dad-lots of drinking, lots of dating-none of this was typical behavior just me kicking up my heels and enjoying adult time) so Casey is partying living it up then it becomes obvious "Zanny" isn't checking in with her, not returning calls etc., she gets worried but knows if her mom finds our Caylee is "gone" she'll be pissed etc. so she goes into denial then lying because even she can't believe she let something happen....especially if drugs or something is at the center of it her whole life is a sham and everyone is going to know it...

The "monkey wrench" of this thought is the cadavar dogs.

Caylee stayed with Casey at Tony's some of those days before the 16th.

So before the 16th when does Casey say was the last time Zanny had Caylee?

I know we don't know this.

One thing that keeps the nanny thing a possibility to me is that in the final 911 call Cindy made (when she was saying the car smelled like there had been a dead body in it) someone had come into the room and you could hear Cindy talking to 'em and she says something like "she just admitted Caylee is missing, that Zanny took her".

IMO The 911 calls (wanting to have her daughter arrested and reporting her grandchild as missing) were the only times we have heard the truth from Cindy since this began.... and for her to be upset enough to bring up the odor in the car means she was not defending her daughter at THAT time yet "Zanny" came up.

I don't know...

She was probably just repeating what Casey told her...

That would explain Casey's actions but not telling police this is something else.

that's what's another strange thing to me...Morales. We hear about his relation to the 2 girls he one more of Casey's ex's and current bf of Amy. I may be mistaken (getting tired and head is getting dull) but I don't recall seeing any comments from him. I don't see mention of him being at the house at anytime...it's like he's only mentioned because it's his home. The myspace posts too about "just us girls" makes it seem as if Amy, Casey and Caylee will be staying there just them..no fellas. Is Morales miltary? and overseas? does he work out of town? He's a mystery to me, other than it's his house.

Sorry maybe I wasn't that clear - its late and my mind is mush over all this. What I was asking was IF Morales went with Amy on vaca to Puerto Rico - why did Casey only pick up Amy at the airport - why not pick them both up? Where was he? That is IF he went with her? And its funny - you haven't heard diddly squat from them, about them, nothing - except that Amy was po'd at Casey for stealing like $700 - $1000 from her. I know they must be talking to LE and probably lending good info at that.

Hmmm.

Zanny is allegedly 26 years old.

Casey claims Zanny takes Caylee during the days.... the beach & whatnot.

Casey claims she knew Zanny from the nightlife.. the clubs.

Casey is working at nights.....

Zanny watches this kid NIGHTS AND DAYS?!!!!

A 26 year old who likes to go clubbing but babysits at night?

Furthermore.... when does Casey claim she started using Zanny?

Casey is only 22... she can't go to the clubs until last year when she is 21 & Zanny is 25.

Isn't the story that she met Zanny at a club.......

but Casey wasn't old enough to meet Zanny in a club before last year.

I've been lurking here for days....I'm starting to believe this scenario more and more. I think maybe Casey had lied to her parents all along about her life and job and after Caylee went missing, she had to keep up the lies even if it meant with law enforcement. I don't think she realized they would check out her employment. I think she is too carefree when partying because at this time she thought Caylee was okay with the Nanny. After awhile when the Nanny never returned, she didn't know what to do. She didn't know how to go to her mom and say "hey I lost my daughter". Of course if the forensics come back with decomposition...my theory is shot down and my heart will be broken.

21 is drinking age...18 is club age. Most clubs allow over 18, but you can't drink. So she could have met Zaney at the club.
