I missed the entire Fox report except for a little banner on the screen about Casey being charged.

OK, I give up. I have limited time and not going to spend it verifying things I have read. Forget that George said it was a neighborhood kid (even tho he did). Hopefully, with the renewed interest in the gas cans someone will bring it back up in the media from the original report.

I searched and only found George mentioning "neighborhood".

Read the report and no mention of neighbor. So IF the day was the 22nd or 23rd would not the neighbor have mentioned to George about Casey and the shovel? Perhaps the neighbor put 2 and 2 together after all the hoopla when Casey was arrested. There was a disconnect between George and neighbor. This may be when neighbor mentions he heard Caylee's voice. But neighbor has never pinned down date IIRC--read that here I believe. Will try to dig up articles on shovel.

If that's true then how to we make sense of the D.J., who claimed to be one of TonE's best friends, stating that he knows that Casey was at TonE's place the last two weeks of June and Caylee was not with her???
This was reported by Steph Watts on the Greta Van Sustern show of Thurs.night.

Makes me wonder if this is another 'date' casuality when the date switched from the 9th to the 15th.

DJ definitely said the last time they saw Caylee was Friday the 13th when Casey and Caylee left Tony's apartment, and Casey returned after that without Caylee...sort of like the "sighting" of Caylee by Christina that we now know is BEFORE Caylee was really missing...based on the timeline the LE created.

They neighbor may have pinned the date down to LE but it has never been made public, IIRC.

The neighbor wasn't mentioned in the report as it didn't come up until days later that George said it was "solved". They could have revised the article, but I did read it to say it was either a neighborhood kid or teen specifically.

As blue pointed out earlier, the article refering to the voice heard is most likely the author bringing together the fact that the shed break in shovel borrowing incident happened during the same time Jesse supposedly heard Caylee's voice over the phone. They neighbor may have pinned the date down to LE but it has never been made public, IIRC.

Scanned several articles and so far no date for the shovel--most just say "mid-June" or "several weeks ago". But you are right on the article about hearing voice, yes. So we may add to timeline that most likely on or about 6/24 Casey broke into the shed using neighbor's shovel.

there is a way better view of the Anthony's home and surrounding area at Live Search Maps. I'm no good with linking, but if you go there just type in the Anthony's address - 4937 Hopespring Drive, Orlando, Florida - you'll get a map. Just keep zooming in and then switch to bird's eye view. It is more current and incredibly clear - it's really worth viewing.

You know there is some weirdness about the stolen car too. I always wondered why she didn't mention the missing child in the first 911 tape, instead of a stolen car. But Thursday night when Cindy was on Larry King live she metions it, but honestly I am so tired I can't figure out what she is saying. Perhaps someone else will interpret what she meant.

KING: I'm sorry. That was not the 911 call. That was a conversation between you and your daughter.

Now, certainly, you seemed suspicious then, Cindy.

CINDY ANTHONY: Well, you know, that was less than 24 hours after the shock of my granddaughter not being where she was supposed to be and then finding out that she had been kidnapped by the babysitter.
Doesn't make much sense to me. It was less then 24 hours(!?) What was going on all those other hours? Casey insisting Caylee was with zannynanny....I still don't get the almost 24 hour wait
I didn't know all the facts at that point. I had not had a chance to start putting things together and start looking at what is out there.

CINDY ANTHONY: So, again, you know, when I called -- made the three 9/11 tapes, I said whatever I needed to do to get the authorities to come help me.
odd to me she would use the phrase "911 tapes" instead of 911 calls. Also, usually when one makes a 911 call, they come. Even if you called by accident and hang up. Also, ALL she had to say was "I can't find my 2yo grandbaby. Believe me, they'd fly over there.

I worked on whatever I could to get them out there. So, you know, I'm not a liar. I just stretched the truth a little bit. The car wasn't where it was supposed to be so I said it was stolen because I didn't have any other reason to have the authorities come out to my house.

Just say a baby is missing...forget the car!

So that doesn't make me a liar or a murderer...

The only thing I am coming up with is that she seems to be saying that she lied about the car to get the police to come out to her house, but why lie about the car, I would think that the missing child would have been enough to get them to come out.

Gosh, if you go straight to Suburban Drive and take a right...it leads right into the heavily wooded area with lots of smaller roads trailing off. Logical place to search, too.

Saw that and wanted to email them some corrections (such as date of disappearance-oy! Didn't she say the 9th again?)...at least they caught themselves on a couple of things.

There are two different dates regarding the robberty at the Anthony's.
