Hey Rainie,

I am just wondering, if the car smelled like decomp, had they actually spoken with Casey at that point? I do not understand why GP would even touch the car if it smelled that way? Why would he not call LE so as not to contaminate any evidence.

George has never mentioned decomp but Cindy did to 911. Casey was right besides her at the time.
One would think an ex homocide detective would have picked up on that huh? So, maybe he did and just won't say.

Foo, we can't rationalize anything this family does. They are waaay more out there then J&L Peterson were.

It's just very strange how the family has gone about..well....everything!!

We can only hope somebody finds Caylee.

Another thing I would like to see brought out in this case is the intake report on the vehicle when it was brought into the tow yard. They list dents, dings, and contents etc. The gas cans would most likely have been listed on it if they were in the car at the time.

Wouldn't they have also listed a death smell?

This is probably a bit off topic, but I do question the logic of encouraging underage kids to hang out at a place where drinking is going on.

If they're NOT old enough to drink, then why are they mature enough to hang out with drinkers? It's crazy to pretend older people AREN'T buying extra drinks & leaving them on the table for the kids to 'steal.' What easier way to 'get' the girl than to give her drinks? And what better way to get the older guy than to show how grown up & cool you are?

I'm sure the vast majority of the kids in these places ARE drinking.


I reserve the right to NOT be impressed with the "wristband" system.... all that tells me is who is legal to BUY drinks & who has to hide their drinks under the table if someone 'official' looking walks by.

ITA. I'm not a fan of it either, but it is what it is. I do, however, think that reaching that magic age 21 probably accelerated a process that was already in motion and would explain why Casey seems to have changed so much since those pics early in Caylee's life.

I understand what you are saying. I am just trying to understand the timelines. Do you know if Cindy had spoken to Casey when GP went to get the car?

I know a few people have asked this question but I don't see where anyone knew the answer. Did Cindy and George really "vacation" during that time the gas was stolen and the car notice was received by them?

Did they get in the car and try to find Casey and Caylee? Do they feel it would make Casey look worse if they admitted they didn't believe that Caylee was "busy" each time Cindy asked to speak to her. Lets face it, after about the 10th time asking to speak to your grandchild, even grandmothers with an IQ in the double digits would start worrying about the baby.

Where did they go and why is it a secret??

There has been no definitive answer on where they went, if anywhere. She did say she was on vacation, but it might have meant she was simply "off work". We do know they weren't home on the 24th when the shed was broken into and that is all.

One of our posters found them, but not sure how Fox landed them. However, since they had the two photographers in an interview...it would be a good bet they sent them into the media.

It probably means that Lee is trying to keep up with them all and since they say the same thing...he is consolidating.

They are posted online (her myspace, photobucket and similar sites). I assume they did a web search for her various emails and known screen names. Names on there may lead to to further searches. A deeper search program is available to media and LE. If you post something online somewhere- it can be found, EVERYTHING (even if deleted) leaves a trail. They apparently don't have the ones I posted w/link today- feel free to forward to media outlets via email.
