They are myspace friends (at least). I don't know why it matters who the father is anyway...
I think it matters, imhoo, to rule that person OUT.

But, now I think we got this info thru the media so let's take it for what it's worth.

Ummm, yes. I can't imagine Dr's using that word.

No, its not hard to charge or convict without a body. There have been several people charged and convicted without a body. I think its better with a body but very doable without one and I believe if they don't find a body and the blood in the trunk and the hair turn out to be Caylees that they will charge her. No death penalty tho if they don't find the baby.

No - it would be very very difficult to charge her with murder without a body

:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

Those two are falling over each other with their exclusives

Can you if Rita Cosby were still on Fox (actually she's totally off air everywhere network wise now, isn't she?) We'd have her and Geraldo doing the "exclusive" and "my sources" think back and forth amping each other up.

I much, much prefer Megyn Kelly (or is it Kendall and was Kelly? I never remember) as she tends to be more professional but still calls people on their baloney. She also seems to prepare far more and not always be asking stupid questions. I wish she had filled in on OTR all week (though with doing the crack of dawn show I'm sure it made for incredibly long days!)

For abandoned cars here, a letter is sent and if you do not reclaim the vehicle in 180 days and pay the tow lot fees, they then can scrap it or sell it etc. I don't know if it is the same in every state. But they do not even attempt to get into the vehicle until that 180 days has expired. I would say 99% of the time they have no keys on abandoned vehicles, they are towed to lot, vin number ran letter sent and thats its until the time they have to store it expires.

Another thing I would like to see brought out in this case is the intake report on the vehicle when it was brought into the tow yard. They list dents, dings, and contents etc. The gas cans would most likely have been listed on it if they were in the car at the time.

If George has names then why hasn't he gone in search of these people??? Or why haven't they given the names to LE??? Those Anthony's make no sense at all!!!! You mean they have names and think she is alive but they are pokin around trying to raise money for something??? They don't give the info to anyone? They let the child stay in harms way with these un-named people?? Those people are unbelievable. Yes, I feel sorry for them but they are way weird.

George...her picture is ON THE FRONT COVER!!

I think people would like to conclude wether or not the alleged father was aware they were Caylee's dad. Then that would answer why the other side of her family is not participating in this, and why there is no concern from them as to Caylee's whereabouts. I think it's obvious they don't know she is part of their family.

So much for Fair and balanced. Media has made a mockery out of this whole thing. Between Casey's lies and the Media's embelishment, we will never figure it out.

I think their attitude changed when they found out about (dare I say it?!) the gas cans.

Right, but we don't know what their intrest in those cans are.

That said, for the third time I am going to point out what George told the police officers on July 15th. It is in the affidavit (has anyone on tv read the damn thing?)

George told police he was concerned because he thought Casey was witholding information about Caylee's disappearance. Its all there in black and white for anyone to read who cares facts and not just running off their emotional mouths...

Everyone in the family seems to be saying that they know who has Caylee, in all honesty they keep saying it outright. Yet at the same time, they say that that person will hurt Caylee if they give names. But if that was true, then Casey was set up to take the fall, (not FULLY buying that) and them saying that Caylee is still alive might lead to her death anyway. And I keep hearing that the FBI is involved. If so, then someone must have very credible evidence that Caylee was taken across state lines or that there is more to this than there appears.

So, lets say the results from the tests come back, and they are able to conclude that Caylee is no longer with us, and that she was in the trunk deceased. however they have not recovered her body. What can they charge Casey with?
they can hold her for 15 more days on the charges they are holding her for (she has not been charged formally yet) and I think they would hold her and switch the case to homicide investigation. They would perhaps then formally charge her with neglect, obstruction, etc, and be able to hold her longer....help me lawyers...but I think:waitasec:she would get another bond hearing in that case? They could then continue to build the homicide case until they have enough evidence for the DA to persue the case.

I have to say I haven't been doing these cases for very long so maybe I have this naivete about me...but I can't imagine what'll I'll feel if it really does turn out that Casey is responsible for this precious child's death. Just thinking about it makes me go dizzy.

Yep - that's right - no death penalty. AND we are fstly approaching the critical time of when (and if) they do find a body - that the body will be skeletal remains and impossible to determine cause of death. With no cause of death - manslaughter

I remember the days when Geraldo really did investigate.

I agree, why isn't the family being held on charges for obstruction?
