Nurse!!! :blowkiss: Any ideas as to WHY Casey had those gas cans? I don't buy the whole "car was out of gas thing". She had stolen her Mother's credit cards, right? Why would she need to steal gas in a can? I hate where my mind goes late at night, but it is a trip that I can only take with you WS'ers.

Perhaps, Casey needed gas but not for the car and she didn't know how to siphon gas out of a car's gas tank, or have a siphon and containers needed to do so. What's concerning is what the purpose might be for the gas............I don't think she was going to mow a lawn.

I have come up with (yet another) theory. I will cross post it into the theories thread - but PER NURSEBEEME - she said to put it out there.
(snipped)
Interesting theory, and well thought out. However, I would wonder if it were something as innocent as Casey giving her to her bio father, why all the drama? Why would she sit in jail just to cover that up? If it is her father, he has every right to be with her, especially if he had the mother's blessings. Doesn't seem like it would be that big of a deal.

Is there a connection drawn between Caylee and the other possible corpse? What about the statements they made elluding to them being scared for Caylee's safety if they "told who had her".

Just wanting clarification....
I never bought the story of being scared for the family - or threats against the family. I think Casey told Cindy and George about Caylee and Ricardo and what happened. It was speculated that when they thought Jesus was the father that Cindy and George wouldn't have been happy being that he was "hispanic" or "latin". Cindy was NOT AT ALL HAPPY on Friday when she got home - yelling at reporters to get off her property - now that was probably because George told her he gave them the gas cans. But still.... they are still (right up to tonight) declaring she is alive and well. I know about denial and all but this is bordering on the whole famn damily being psychotic and I just don't think that is the case. Where is Lee?

Wasn't their a rumor that Baez was helping them?

I'm actually surprised that some high-power hollywood attorney hasn't stepped up to the plate, ya know the kind that do it just for the publicity? Is Garagos on vacation or what?

I have not ganged up on George, and think he is cooperating with police as far as backing up what he originally told them, but I think he may have learned more after the chaos of the 1st crazy day's events, had more hunches after the fact and decided that he would rather 'circle the wagons' and do what his wife said than open up. That is why we have heard so little from him until lately.

My bet is that his fairly recent reconciliation with his wife, debt, family dynamics has played into his determination to play the game his wife wants him to play. My Hinky meter is a twitchin' with him

I think they are just choosing to believe Casey as a short term solution to keep her talking (we have already seen how she shuts down when she thinks no one is on her side).

If you are right, they did say they dug bamboo shoots up frequenly. Therefore, digging wouldn't be an issue for the neighbors.
But that wouldn't explain the dogs hitting in the yard.

Good Nite All! Thanks for making me think of possibilities, concentrate on this precious child & her well being, as well as the fact that I need to clean up my stinky house and wear adult diapers LOL!

May not post tomorrow, but by cracky, I will be lurking!

he certainly has been right~seating Cindy in some of the media interviews and that is just plain strange. They need to retain their own counsel. It looks funny... if Casey did murder her child...it is a conflict of interest and could come back to complicitly bite them in the cooolah!

ITA, I can't believe that he is letting Cindy go anywhere in public talking about this case. She is making at best a fool of herself and at worse she is starting to look alittle guilty.

He is has been running since the Lacey Peterson case.
I don't think they even want to touch this. Gloria isn't even stepping up to her defense.

I don't know, I was just going along with you. They could have set the body down, anything.

Leila~ We established there was a burn ban going on in Florida so a fire would be extremely noticable anywhere. I thought the worst immediately, too. Now...that being said...there are transient camps in Jay Blanchard Park. You can't tell me they don't light some sort of fire to cook or to stay warm on some nights. Just saying...

ITA, Also, the fact that I can't believe they are all crazy, gives me some hope for little Caylee.

Most of them are railing against Casey and Cindy on national television at the moment. They are too busy to consider new clients in a lose/lose situation.

Cook yes, warm no they are in Fl in June-August. Maybe a campground, picnic area?

We still don't know how far she drove. There are plenty of rural places she could have gotten and started a little "campfire" without drawing too much attention.

Yes, and mom said LE shouldn't have arrested Casey so fast because she could get the truth out of her.

I'm not sure what point you're making...can you please explain?

I just want a quote/story anything that suggests George is a bad guy. Every day we see him he is wearing a Caylee is missing T-shirt, trying not to make an 🤬🤬🤬 of himself like Cindy does, nor does he contridict himself like her. I just don't understand the suspicion and the hatred directed towards him. I really feel for him more than anyone in that family.

ITA they just want to find Caylee. Even Casey picked up on that in one of her first calls home.

That is what Geragos did to Scott Peterson before he took his case... perhaps after forensics come back we will see rico~suave~geragos on the way to florida in his Bentley..

Or - even more plausible - a group of younguns - partying around a campfire late a night.
