Well, if he would be willing to share some info with us, then we don't want to scare him off. I admit though that did sound awfully snooty of me. I'll kick myself. It's been a really long night, kinda hard to watch how I phrase things right now.

Tow trucks do not need access inside a vehicle to tow. I THINK they can just raise the rear wheels for the vehicle to be mobile.

This is why the court ordered the psychological evaluation at the bond hearing -- the court has to assess if there are existing psychological conditions, including a medical condition like a brain tumor, which would have direct influence on the defendant at the time a crime allegedly occurred. It would be a mitigating circumstance which would have to be addressed in the court proceedings.

Casey has been known by everyone as a habitual liar, FOR YEARS!

She has lied to LE about EVERYTHING so far!
Her job , where she lived, about the car, about the sitter, about where the sitter lives ETC ETC Every dang word out of her mouth is a lie!!!!She has stolen money, CC charged like a banshee on her moms charge cards.This you can bet is only a fraction of the crap she has done. The way she talked to her mom on the phone was disgraceful.

Now she has "conveniently" forgot who / what & where her little beautiful daughter is. Yet Mommy & daddy pamper & baby this sick physchotic beech!!!! This isn't a GAME this is this babies LIFE, what has happened to her????

Lets not forget the fact she now misses her pillow & blanky....yet when she was sleeping around, playing dirty dancing on the stripper pole posing as a .....my folks would of disowned me for less.

I don't buy the fact she has a brain tumor.......she is a selfish, spoiled, hatefu, !!! All she cares about is herself & NOBODY else that is perfectly apparent! JMHO

I don't know about that. Wouldn't he have to get in the car and put the car in N or whatever? HMMM Or just hook it up and go? Any tow drivers out there wanna chime in? And do they do an inventory of the contents?

I know there is a tow driver who lives about a mile from me, and his truck only tows with the back wheels on the ground. I would assume that because of the liability that he would have to place the vehicle in neutral.. Maybe if we could find out what type of towing truck it was, it would help.

Lee Anthony contacted me via e mail about the information that I had been trying to get turned in. I asked his permission to post any correspondence between him and I on here and also told him a little about WS. I don't know if he has seen it yet. He told me that he would make sure that the info I had made it to the right people in LE and also to his investigative team. But with me telling him about the site, he might be stopping by to see if we have come up with anything. I don't know one way or the other, whether he will.

Nope, a tow truck driver would not have to put the car in N - they use a flatbed with a tow chain to slide it up on the bed for a car that is parked and locked. Happens all the time in major cities where wheel chocks are used by police for parked traffic violators.

Then its not out of the realm of possibility that the driver never smelled it. Dropped in impound yard and then on his merry way. George hops in the car after (counting on my fingers....) sitting in the heat uhmmmm...19 days and uh, ahem....its very ripe in there to say the least. What if??? ? Do we know if...the gas cans were in the back of the car or trunk???HMMM....only George and LE and Casey know that. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

The contents of the car are not inventoried by the tow company. I can pretty much guarantee you that if the tow company had smelled anything like a body, they would have called LE and not touched it.

The windows were rolled up and the trunk was shut, so it is possible, IMO, that they did not smell anything.

Yeah, I'm trying to think of a single material fact on which her statement was proven to be true. I'm not coming up with anything.

At this point, how can anything she says be taken as factual? Orlando Salinas on Fox said something earlier about George visiting Casey today to give her the 'come to Jesus' talk (hi, Orlando!).

I don't think this girl is going to budge until - as with the walk down the Uni hallway - she has nowhere left to go. Hopefully LE will be presenting their results to her or her family soon, if they haven't already. I think it's the only thing that will make her admit to anything, and only because she won't be able to think of a plausible alternative.

During a jailhouse visit Sunday morning with his daughter, George Anthony said that Casey thinks Caylee will be home by her third birthday next week.

Anthony said his daughter broke down crying, saying that she wants to be there for the child’s birthday Aug. 9.

As for the letter Casey’s brother Lee asked about during his visit with her last week, Anthony revealed the letter has been given to Casey’s attorney Jose Baez.

Trying to mend his daughter’s reputation, Casey’s father also said the photos of Casey shown partying were not taken during Caylee’s disappearance, but rather three years ago when Casey was actually pregnant.
Anthony also would not reveal the witness who spoke to law enforcement and Casey’s attorney about the time and date-stamped photos, saying he did not want to get them in the middle of the media frenzy.
“It will come out very soon,” Anthony told reporters.

For those that don't know, Gloria is the name of Zenaida's mother that Casey gave when asked.

If Casey know who had this kid she would have told someone by now. Why would she want to spend all this time in jail?
They are stalling hoping that she will be let out for lack of evidence, IMHO

I thought I read somewhere that the reason that LE is interested in the gas cans isn't to find Casey's prints - those could have been left at any time, for any reason - but to see if the gas cans had come into contact with Caylee.

I'm reminded again of that sophisticated scent analyzer that's being used, according to a Bill Hemmer mention on Fox the other day.

The fact that i found out the mothers name at all is an accident. It is supposed to be blacked out, but I think LE missed one. It is blacked out every time but once. If you look on Photobucket, most of the images of Caylee show dates but the ones taken in the nursing home do not. There is a pic of Casey on her great grandfathers lap that made me think she was wearing a diaper. If she was due to turn three next week - I am wondering if she would have been potty trained by now which makes me wonder when that pic was take. She looks a little younger in those pics than in some others.
