Caylee is normally spelled Kaylee. I wondered if it's a combination of Casey and her brother Lee.
Wiki reports that it was the 36th most common name for little girls born in 2007. I guess then we can assume that just hearing a child called that name is not enough to base a sighting on. Though no tip is wasted. Who knows it could be the right Caylee.

no bags, hesitant to spend money, acted like vacationers, child was left alone with man and never said a word, responded when woman came to get her. the were simply shopping. later saw them, we walking but separated, woman and boy looked depressed as if something they wanted was not purchased.
Interesting. Wonder if the mall security cams have been reviewed.

I don't know how long the body was there. I DO KNOW that every single expert on this that I have seen interviewed says that there is no mistaking the smell of decomposition.
Secondly we have had someone here to the pizza test AND I saw someone on TV that did the test in Florida. NO SMELL.
IMO the first statement Cindy made is HOW SHE REALLY FELT.

Yes, they call it 'excited utterences' - (saw that on TV).
curiositycat, I am going to look like your avatar if we have 'company' on here.

****Hart, hang in here! Rude people are not allowed, thank goodness! This is the BEST and most professional site I have ever come across. This is also the most informed site. The other ones do not always have correct information on them. I am amazed at how much people do care, and it is genuine!

CheckDaFacts - In your experience, are children often used as pawns in gang activity?

"One thing I can tell you guys... my whole family has joined a club we didn't want to join - families of missing children. We're lifetime members now." What?
Ok...I know this will bump to the "front of the line", and I may never catch up to it, but this IS a very normal thing to say when someone has been touched by tragedy. It's a "club" no one wants to belong to. Having experienced considerable loss in my life, I can attest this is not an uncommon expression.

There are no mall cameras, le went to check to see what stores had cameras. at least they said they did.
theres always hope. just strange the timing was so close. those people shopping would not have heard the news, idt.

Not who the question was aimed at...but I live in a high crime/drug/gang area and they are around here. Especially for drugs. Around here now if you get pulled pulled over they ask you to take the carseats out so they can see what is under and behind them.

I think it's a cute name. I had never heard it before this case. Of course I don't have a granddaughter only grandsons. I am not up on popular names for girls:blowkiss:

Not trying to be argumentative, but in an effort to keep this thread on topic- Saying "I know something you dont know has not been well received by WS'ers in the past.. That being said, the info you have is NOT new, I personally found it early last week and it has already been given to LE. I chose not to post it or make mention of it because until it is confirmed or excluded, I feel people should have their privacy, suffice it to say that there are some strange mail forwarding habits associated with this info, just as a point of reference so you know what IM saying is legit.

I think there is more than one lurker on here from Casey's camp and some registered, absolutely. We are open to discuss all perspectives that will progress this case

So is Lee pretending (like not telling truth) when he told not_my_kids that this was new info and he was going to make sure this new info was passed on?? :waitasec:

The whole landscape will change this week.

When the forensics come back...

either there is evidence that Caylee is deceased and the spin as to when, how and by whom can continue...

or the evidence says the deceased was not Caylee and that will lead to many, many more questions...

It's kind of sick to hope that some other dead body was in there... some nameless, faceless dead body that none of us have developed any attachment to... But of course, I am guilty of that. I am crossing my fingers it was a meth head who had already fried all that was left of them and all that dies was the shell of what could have been - and not a precious toddler having just mastered the art of running...

Yes, the fact that you saw them almost immediately after the news broke is very interesting. There are no mall cameras even in the parking lot? Jeez.

I've heard it alot. I've also used it myself.

George talks out his ***, he just talks to hear himself talking. I think it's easy to see where Casey gets her BS side. IMHO

If you are sick for thinking that way, then I am sick right along with you.

Okay, the FBI actually took the report, but didn't bother to take contact info. I really hope that doesn't end up in a garbage bin somewhere. GRRR...this is frustrating:mad:

I just keep repeating...this is for caylee. this is for caylee. this is for caylee.
And slamming coffee. I am so calling in sick today.
NMK...it's the FBI...they know exactly who you are and what your number is. Sorry, still 7 pages back.

Yeah, but every other time I have had to deal with them, they have taken contact info.

Good Point Julie! Grandma had driven the car before. It's not a smell that she probably ever smelled in it prior to that day. It was so discussing that she said it smelled "like a d*** dead body." The changes of it being anyone other then Caylee are slim. Imo
