Just to clarify...they are calling the "smells like a dead dody" statement an excited utterance, right? Are those admissable in court? My legaleze has lapsed.

Good Point Julie! Grandma had driven the car before. It's not a smell that she probably ever smelled in it prior to that day. It was so discussing that she said it smelled "like a d*** dead body." The changes of it being anyone other then Caylee are slim. Imo

Casey would have had a very hard time lifting and disposing of a dead weight adult. She would have needed help. A decomposing body is not a pretty site, its also very messy. Wont go anymore graphic than that.

Did you see Geraldo last night? That very fact was being discussed. Jeanine Shapiro said that she would have needed help also. She went as far as to say that George may have helped her.

So how long did the Anthony's have the car in there possession, before they made the first 911 call at 8:08? After they found Amy's number maybe in the purse left behind and the car seat still in the abandoned car.
Well we know she had picked Amy up at 4-4:30pm if that helps.

The longer nobody searches for the body (if they aren't), the less likely a body will be found. It's already been six weeks, time is short to find a body that anything can be gleaned from forensically.

NMK...it's the FBI...they know exactly who you are and what your number is. Sorry, still 7 pages back.
You are so right. The agent that I talk to alot, doesn't even let me say my name before he says 'Hi Becca what do you want today?"
ANd no it doesn't show my name on caller id.

I Say:Welcome-12-june::Welcome-12-june::Welcome-12-june: Don't let a few run you off. Just put them on ignore.. I read mostly and some can get carried away, due to their passion. mostly. but stick to your guns and stay this is a great board, even though sometimes it seems clicky you get to be like family, it's alot better than the Alternative, they are brutal over there.:woohoo::rolling:
There are some brilliant minds here an they do help solve alot of questions.:blowkiss:

Just a random thought, but can you just turn a cadaver dog loose inside the house? I mean if you have a warrant etc.

Don't you think if people were complaining about a strange awful odor coming from a car they would call the police?? I don't think that theory makes much sense.
What if it was confined to the trunk? George having noticed it because he would have checked the vehicle thoroughly. Remember Casey was missing for 30 days, too.

I will THANKS!! I sure wish we could get to the bottom of why George quit the police department. It might give us insight to the behavior of this whole family.

Good Luck! Hope you find something.

By the time George got into the car, almost three weeks had passed since it had been abandoned. Whatever was in that car had been 'cooking' all that time in the heat.

Does anyone know if Cindy and George lived together during the divorce issues? Is there anyway there is a second home somewhere?

CheckDaFacts, I answered your other post but don't know where it went. I tried to look at the facebook pic you wwere referring to and could not. Was it on the JP Chatt blog with his Peurto Rico vacation pics? Those are the ones I looked at closely.

I wasn't thinking along those lines, but I do think there may be an apt somewhere that LE may or may not know about, especially if it turns out Casey was a 'working girl'.

I guess it's better to be partying when you are pregnant than while your daughter is missing...

http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/p...n=5&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=1.1.1

(snips)
During a jailhouse visit Sunday morning with his daughter, George Anthony said that Casey thinks Caylee will be home by her third birthday next week.

Anthony said his daughter broke down crying, saying that she wants to be there for the child’s birthday Aug. 9.

As for the letter Casey’s brother Lee asked about during his visit with her last week, Anthony revealed the letter has been given to Casey’s attorney Jose Baez.

Trying to mend his daughter’s reputation, Casey’s father also said the photos of Casey shown partying were not taken during Caylee’s disappearance, but rather three years ago when Casey was actually pregnant.
Anthony also would not reveal the witness who spoke to law enforcement and Casey’s attorney about the time and date-stamped photos, saying he did not want to get them in the middle of the media frenzy.
“It will come out very soon,” Anthony told reporters.
So is this the "she was pregnant therefore hormonal" defense?
