Newbie here. This site & all of you folks are amazing.
I just wanted to add that My husband has worked in Corrections for 19 years.
He said that Casey has NOTHING BUT TIME to write her supposed letter.

The only other thought about it is if she is on suicide watch and they only allow her a specific amount of highly monitored time each day with a pencil or pen.

During his on-cam interview with Orlando Salinas on Fox yesterday, George talked about Arm & Hammer laundry detergent, a trash bag, and an old pizza.

What is your interpretation of that, Diane, I went into a trance on purpose at that time, I must admit?

  • #404
Ah, OK. Thanks, DianeB. I don't think it has a thing to do with anything. It was mentioned that Casey did Tony's laundry so perhaps it was his.

I would say the cleaning fluid is more curious than laundry detergent.

Both phones would have had SIM cards. Where's the other one?

Actually, both phones would not have necessarily had sim cards. With AT&T (who is also my mobile service provider) when you "upgrade" your phone, or get a new one associated with your account, you take the sim card out of the old phone and put it into the new phone. The account holder's information and phone number are attached to the sim card - not the phone. In my family, we have four phones - and we have switched the sim cards on occasion. For example, when my husbands phone recently quit working, he took my sons phone and put his (my husbands) sim card into my sons phone. All calls sent to my husbands number then came to my sons phone. Make sense? Also, as posters (and Casey herself - amazing - a truth!) said, you can choose to store numbers to a sim card or a phone. With that said, I can tell you that before my husband took his sim card out of his phone and put it into a different phone, he made sure he saved ALL the numbers to the sim card (they were only saved to the phone prior to this). WHY would any mother NOT make sure she moved the babysitters phone number to a new phone via the sim card or whatever? Well, any mother would of course, but not Casey, because she's a big fat liar, and because you can't move the phone number of a babysitter that doesn't exist!

IMO

I agree that is the issue

Why do you think Jose is backing away?

I may be wrong, but a defense lawyer can keep anything the client says secret due to attny/client privlege. In fac, I think they can be disbarred for not doing so.

However, if a letter exists, that would be evidence, and Jose wouldn't legally be able to withhold it

When my husband and I were in family court regarding custody of my step-son, our attny said if we had any evidence we knew his ex had to use against us, to be up front and let him know. But if we had any other evidence, he didn't want to see it or know about it.

We only had evidence against her, not us...but that was our attny's mentality. We could talk, but not show.

I tend to favor Occam's Razor.

Baby missing. Cadaver dogs hit on the trunk. Photos of mom out partying and not looking for baby. Mom sitting in jail, refusing to cooperate with authorities.

It all adds up to "dead baby" to me. Because that's the straightest line through all the evidence. :(

I agree, I don't think it was an accident, because why all the coverup for 31 days of her disappearance, if it could just be reported and no charges be filed? ALso, if it truly was an accident, Casey would be showing a lot more remorse than she is now. She has the demeanor of someone who has blocked out something bad they did, and shows no remorse for her actions. A mother who cared for her child and accidently killed them would have almost the opposite demeanor - constantly crying, etc.

Is it all on one card? Or did she use both phones?
She said she switched the card back and forth. So I would only assume it was on one card.

If her information was all on the one card, what difference does it make?

respectfully said: IF the info was all on one card would depend on whether she was telling the truth about the fact that it was. Truth is not her strong suit.

Both phones would have had SIM cards. Where's the other one?

She claimed both phones were used with the same number, so there would only be one sims card. She couldn't have used 2 with only one phone number. She was only talking in circles in that conversation and never really answered Lee's question about it. We all could tell she was lying then too.

What I wondered about in that conversation was.. WHY is she hanging out at all these different parks? Lee seemed to understand why and not question that.

Good morning all! I got up @ 9AM MST, looking forward to hearing something regarding this case on Fox. It's awfully quiet. I guess I missed the earlier Fox report according to a friend. Is there anything new this morning?

I really think George threw the cleaning/laundrydetergent aspect into this to either explain the blacklight hit on the stain (phosphates). Or to explain the presence of the cleaning product from having tried to clean the stain himself.

In any case, like someone posted yesterday. This is sounding like a pretty full stinky trunk.

I wish I had a cadaver dog. We could drive over to their hood and start walking around in ever increasing circles. We may go to a few parks and walk the circles again. On the way home I may stop and buy him a root beer float. Gotta go. Be back later

Take care

I am not sure about this. That's a NORMAL mother. Casey is probably a sociopath, from what we have seen of her.:blowkiss:

The thought of her moving the body makes me sick. I just can't imagine looking at your child's decomposing body. I wouldn't even be able to look at my child to ID her. I'd have to have someone else do it or just rely on DNA.

If she buried Caley, I don't think she would have just laid her in the ground, she would have been wrapped in something, and probably put inside a large plastic bag. There's no way she would have just put her directly in the ground. If the body was moved, it would have most likely been inside something like a large plastic trash bag. Something could have leaked out, leaving a stain, and dirt from the bag would have fallen in the trunk. I hope nothing like that happened, and really can't imagine a mother digging up her child's body and moving it, but it could have happened like that.

The only thing I can think of that you may have missed was a myfoxorlando reporter completely stalking Tony while he tried to eat lunch and acting like an arse paparazzi. myfoxorlando.com

OT: Morgan Freeman airlifted to hospital after serious car accident. He was at least conscious, but nothing further on his condition. :(

Thanks Olive, is that the same stalking that was on Geraldo last night? Geraldos' brother Craig I think? Or a completely different one?:)
