There was something the other day on the Brian guy's thread - NOW I KNOW you all think he's a fraud (& I kinda do too) but this kinda made some sense. Casey "supposedly" told that inmate that Caylee is with her ex-bf. Jesus is buried in Greenwood Cemetary in Orlando. What if Casey took her there and buried her there - there is NO WAY the dogs could hit to it - not with all the other bodies in the cemetary. Don't really buy that Casey could be that "intelligent" but ya never know. Wonder if anyone has been there and looked around?

Ah, thank you for bring this up. My theory:

Motive for airing the jailhouse phone calls:

1) make Casey and her family uncomfortable
2) get Casey to talk
3) get her family to talk

How? By telling them that they will stop releasing them if they talk.

Notice they have stopped since Cindy and George had their little sitdown with LE.

That is exactly what I have been thinking also.
Also, I was just thinking how difficult this must be for LE (in addition to many reasons) that the George and Cindy are so close and might be paying for the lawyer, Baez. If LE tells anything about the case or suggest anything during their questioning, that information probably goes back to Baez.
This case is so confusing on so many levels!

Probably because she heard Casey say it!

This could be a story that the family concocted on the night of July 15.

If I were LE, I'd be looking at Cindy's place of employment to see if there ever was a Zaneida as a patient there.

I still can't get over my feeling that the GPs know what happened, and on the night of the 15th helped dispose/obsfucate evidence and know what happened to their GD.

I wish the media had asked early on, what about Caylee's toys and clothing. Cindy bought the majority, why was Caylee's favorite bear, was it a Panda left behind? What all was taken from the house and what was left behind at TonE's for an example and start?

Good point, I'm sure they asked.. It wasn't a panda just a regular bear. Cindy is holding it in people magazine.

Forget the legal system there is a special place in h*ll for people that would do that and then this media circus to back it up.

I think the panda obsession was Cindy's. In one of caseys myspace comments to lee she goes on and on about caylee "playing with the panda's on moms bed , y'know the ones with the names" The panda is on Cindy's SUV and there are panda stuffies in Caylees room no doubt purchased by Cindy who seems to be the only one in the house that was gainfully employed.

Apparently George works for some security company. I have looked and can find no further info on that. Casey worked as a party girl, getting free drinks if she brought ten people with her to the bar. She was also apparently arm candy for her new man who is an event organizer. None of that pays cash though. Lee lives away from home but is gainfully employed setting up transportation for sporting events, parties etc. Buses and limos etc.

Me too Patty. From the get go - I have been saying George is ex-LE and he brought that car home with that smell and cleaned it out. And now we know he probably put the stolen gas cans back in his shed as well. He knew better. That is just not normal behavior. I've wondered if Casey buried her in the backyard and George knew that wasn't going to fly and he's the one that dug her up and moved her.

I still think what the other poster found was EERIE. That Zaneida Gonzales is an actress (imdb) and played a detective in cold case murder 2007

Juliet Lewis IMDB

Jeff Hamiliton IMDB

creeeepy!

Wouldn't she also inhale them when she got back in the car? It's a good thought though! A good dose of Benadryl would be as effective in a sealed car while 'mom' went out partying. MOO :)

Caylee's lungs are much smaller than hers... but I'm thinking Casey would turn off the a/c ( naturally when she turned the car off) and then she would make sure the windows and car was locked and closed.... then the temp in the car would rise and gas fumes from trunk would start seeping in to back seat.

That is the ZG that says its not her, she put up a post about it after numerous e-mails and questions. Those appear to be all her postings. Sure LE has already spoken to her.

EEK I know, creepy in the sense that maybe thats where Casey came up with the name. Didn't actually think she was involved, hell does anybody? That poor woman, and really anybody with that name right now. bet they are getting tired of the "where's Caylee" jokes. Eh, who knows....Im a little punchy right now

When I scanned down the street view there is also a retention pond with a fountain on that street. It just seems like too eerie a coincidence to have a Bella Vida Blvd 15 miles from your house and that tattoo. I got a creep factor going here LOL.
Agreed! At this point, there are very few things that should be discounted. Like you said, this seems to be a little more than a coincidence.

Yes wishingtree - that is what I was getting at. We don't know what caused it and it could have come from a lot of different directions. I wonder if she has had any more? If it was in April (and I remember seeing those comments from Casey on her myspace about being sick - I just passed them off as "just being sick"). Wish we knew more of this. If is was caused by a brain tumor - well then - all kinds of things could have happened with Caylee. Wonder what the defense will do with this info as well - could set up for a "temp insanity" defense.

Good point, that could be something the defense would use if it were the case. I also remember reading posts on her myspace comments as well as her posts on several of her friends comments pages in April about her being sick. That very well could have been when it happened. The causes and effects are so varied it would be almost impossible to figure what could have caused her seizures, and if it is a tumor where it is located and how it would affect her behavior/emotions/health, etc. It seems certain that if the cause was a brain tumor that the defense would use her medical records to try to claim "temp insanity".

Lily

Her last log in was 3 weeks ago according to stumble upon.... and the friend "Captain Commando? I wonder who he is ...all that it says is that he is a 24 year old male from Orlando

I'm pretty sure that it's Ricardo...I saw "Captain Commando" listed by "Captain Ricardo" on one of those stumble upon pages.

But he's called her a habitual liar, and he's no longer with the PD. I personally don't believe he's involved at all, but I do think he might be part of why Casey didn't want to talk to local LE and wanted the FBI instead. In other words, he knows what she's really like and so might his former coworkers. MOO, of course :)

Excellent point panthera! I just put Casey's reluctance to talk to local LE down as a delay tactic. But there could be some truth in your statement. Did Jesse work for the City police dept. or the Sheriff's Office? Doesn't mean he wouldn't know officers from both departments, just wondering.

Speaking of Ricardo - he seems to have been quietly absent for quite some time now doesn't he?

IMO I think the biggest mistake they have made thus far is arresting her so quickly. I think they could have made her squirm a little longer and they might have gotten a little more info.
